This vitamin D with K has made all the difference in my levels. I went from being in single digits to on the high side of normal. And my doctor has recommended that I can take it every other day, In lieu of day and still maintain my levels. Has been years that I’ve been taking other vitamin D supplements that just were not Bringing up my levels. Really recommend trying for a three month period and getting retested.

These work very well! Been taking them for pover a year now and they have definitely helped my vitamin D levels and the magnesium stopped my eye twitch. I’d love to give them 5 stars, there is only one problem I have had with the last three bottles- they stick together something awful! Many nights I skip them because I don’t have the time/energy/patience to pry one or two free. They do come with one of those moisture-sucker-upper packs, but it is not doing its job. Something is still causing the vitamins to fuse together. I’m hoping the issue is fixed soon, because I love this product. I just don’t love the extra effort it takes to get a vitamin loose from the pack to actually be able to take one.

Awesome results! My labwork showed Vitamin D level of 18.4, should be > 30. I ordered these and have taken 2 capsules with dinner for almost 4 weeks now and my mood, energy, sleep, generalized pain, and other random but significant symptoms have drastically improved! (Lookup "11 Bizarre Symptoms of Vitamin D Deficiency" by Dr. Berg, I had so many of these). I felt a small difference after 1 week with continued and consistent improvement over the following weeks to the point I feel like myself again for the first time in at least 1 year.
