I am very satisfied with this purchase. The scale is easy to set up and connect with the application. The measurements are fast and seem very accurate. I like that it not only shows weight, but also other data such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, BMI and more, which helps to better control health.

It worked great for about 6 months, and then died. Completely dead, no sign of life at all. I have tried calling their phone number in the app for customer support and no one answers. If I can get a replacement, that would be just fine, but if I am left with no recourse, I will be one very unhappy camper. UPDATE: I didn’t realize at first that the number in the app is just for text. Though not immediate, they did respond and are replacing the scale, so I am happy. Anything can break, what matters is, do they make it right, and apparently they are going to do so.

I waited to review this only because I wanted to give it a proper chance. You need to download the app and sync it before each weigh-in. I’ve been trying to use this once a week & it fails 99% of the time. As a matter of fact, it’s only worked twice in the six months we’ve had it & It hasn’t worked at all for my wife. When it fails, there’s about six points of correction you’re supposed to make but after you make the necessary adjustments it repeats the fail codes. It’s basically an overpriced scale, which at least seems to be accurate.

This is a great product. I measured with the InBody and with this scale with exactly the same outcome. The InBody scan at the gym costs $35 / measure. RunStar smart Scale is worth every penny.

I didn’t realize this takes batteries when I bought it. I looked at so many, I thought it was a USB charge. Unfortunately the batteries were died shortly after I programmed it. We’ve only used it a few times & the batteries are dead again!!! The devise & program are great. It does measure everything but you have to use your phone & the phone app. It’s great that you can print the records to compare but I don’t like having to put fresh batteries every few months!!

I was looking at one of these that’s more well known, but so glad I stumbled on this one. It’s totally got major value for the money. The app updates quickly and effectively. Bright and visable to read. It’s one that can be stored away or kept out with taking up any space! I love that it can fit anywhere.

This product is awesome! I’ve had it since Oct 2025. No issues. Love all the info it provides. Has helped me reach my goals. Have recommended to all my gym friends!

No calcula bien mi % de grasa corporal para mi tipo de cuerpo. Me dejaba en 21.3% cuando el inbody del gym me marca 32%. Soy relativamente delgada de brazos y piernas con tendencia a guardar más grasa en barriga.
