I love this bicycle
Very excellent product,gear shifting is so smooth too much comfortable and totally accurate or we can say same size given in the picture very good looking and all over it is very good cycle to buy if you are finding a cycle under the budget of 15000 it is a brilliant option

Worth for money
1.The cycle build quality is very good. 2.the gear shifting system is working well and fine 3.the mechanical disc brakes are work excellent 4.the assemble is so fast and easy 5.the colour and looks of the cycle is attractive 6.the fitting is so strong 7.the packing is soo good and protectable to cycle 8.zoom masera lockout suspension is working super smooth But there are some minor things about the accessories You have to get you own lock, bottle holder, mud guards and bell That's all with the good point about the product and it's super durable on offroads It's value for money and you can go for it don't think about it is super cycle

First day pathetic experience with cradiac
The cycle came with front gear/sproket bend. And the support executive is asking me to do a video call with the technician instead of just sending the technician directly at my residence to fix the issue. Pathetic experience with cradiac. After ordering i clearly instructed the agent to do a proper QA check before sending anything.

Very nice, it has been superior the aluminium frame is very light weight but the front gears have been a little issue but it is very good

Good product according to price point
Very good product. I really liked it .It is just perfect in this price point. I didn't received the best gear tuning.Overall it's a great cycle.

The seat is very firm
You know, getting this bike put together was a bit of a head-scratcher. The instructions weren't super clear, and I definitely spent more time figuring things out than I would've liked. A little more detail there would've made a huge difference! Once it was assembled, I noticed the seat is pretty firm. For short rides, it's fine, but if you're planning on going any real distance, your backside will definitely feel it – I'm already thinking about swapping it out. On the bright side, the gear shifting is really smooth; it changes gears without a hitch, which is great. And honestly, the bike looks fantastic – super clean and sleek. All in all, it's a decent bike and gets the job done. Just be prepared for a bit of a puzzle during assembly and maybe budget for a comfier seat if you're hitting the road for a while!
