Wonderful TV, an actual OLED TV with brightest and realistic colours. It's very slim and blends in with the wall. Comes with a solar powered remote that also can be charged with a USB C cable. Supports most of the OTT apps and also offers a "dish-less" live TV. Tizen OS makes the TV operating a flawless and smooth process. Sound is good for home TV, if you're into music you may need to pair it with a set of speakers.

I have been using the Samsung 43-inch D Series Brighter Crystal 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV for the past 8 months, and I can confidently say it’s been an excellent purchase. The picture quality is simply outstanding — sharp, vibrant, and with rich colors that make movies, sports, and even regular TV shows look stunning. The 4K upscaling works really well, and the brightness levels are impressive, even in a well-lit room. The sound quality is also quite good for a flat-screen TV. excellent product with nice picture quality and Audio

Quick rundown of what I love about this TV and I why I'm glad I selected it - 1. Clean and lightweight UI: This TV runs Tizen OS which is much lighter than Android/Google TV make it extremely smooth and quick. The boot time is really fast (1s) and navigating is smooth and snappy 2. The choice between Alexa and Bixby is nice. Tried both and for now Alexa seems to perform better but Bixby has more control on specific settings 3. I love the remote. It's very well designed and everything is placed well. It's extremely minimal. The best part - it charges on its own using light around it. You can also charge it using type C incase you haven't used it in a while or have a dark home theatre type room 3. Picture and Audio is of course great. I'm no expert but I love it and unless you're a trained expert you probably won't be able to tell the difference between much more expensive TV. 4k+HDR10 is enough There will obviously be cons but the cons also make sense when to start comparing with more higher priced TVs. I feel this is best TV for me in this price range. The only thing I wish it had was 120hz but that's ofcourse quite premium so can't complain.

Updated Review: After approximately one year of use Initially, I gave this TV 2 stars due to a slightly bent panel, poor build quality, and disappointing customer service from both Samsung and Amazon.in. After using it for nearly a year, I’ve come to appreciate its picture quality, color, and sound — all still as good as when new, with no further visible issues. However, the bent panel remains a sore point and makes me feel cheated by both Amazon and Samsung. Despite being tempted to rate higher, I couldn’t go beyond 3 stars. Caution: If you're buying large appliances from third-party sellers on Amazon, always opt for open-box delivery and thoroughly inspect the item before sharing the OTP. Reject it if anything seems off. Earlier Review: The build quality is so poor that receiving a TV with a bent panel shouldn't be surprising. Don’t expect much from the return process either — it’s a waste of time. Either go to the consumer forum or settle for what you’ve received. I don’t recommend buying this, but if you must, insist on open-box delivery and inspect the item fully before handing over the OTP. Best of luck!

MUST DO White screen test first. I bought this 43-inch Samsung Crystal UHD TV expecting premium quality, but my experience with the product and the brand's support was a nightmare. ​The Struggle: Right out of the box, the TV was essentially Dead on Arrival (DOA). It had dead pixels and an irregular black shadow across the bottom of the screen (a clear backlight failure). The most shocking part? When I registered the TV in samsung website, I found out the manufacturer's warranty had already expired months before I even bought it! It turns out I was sold 1.5-year-old degraded stock that had been sitting in a warehouse. When I contacted Samsung, their authorized technician missed the defect during demo, and their service team refused a replacement, absurdly offering to dismantle my brand-new panel to "clean the dust" instead. ​The Resolution (Amazon's Excellent Support): Since Samsung washed their hands of the issue and told me to contact the seller, I escalated the matter to Amazon. Because the standard return window had passed and the warranty was messed up, it was a complicated case. However, the Amazon Escalation Team was phenomenal. The senior managers patiently listened to my calls, reviewed all my evidence (photos, warranty screenshots, and Samsung's emails), and completely understood that I had been mis-sold old stock. ​They took full ownership, successfully raised a priority out-of-policy exception, arranged the pickup, and issued a full 100% refund to my account. ​Verdict: 0 stars for Samsung's quality control and terrible customer service. 5 stars to Amazon's backend escalation team for protecting the consumer and doing the right thing. If you buy this TV, check your panel and your warranty expiration date the second you open the box!
