I gave it 4 star cause I am just testing it from few days , i saw mild improvement in me cause it's value is in long term use alteast a month will update after long term use . Meanwhile The package good, delivery on time , quality great ,have to bear with its taste which is a price to pay for several potential benefits like increased testosterone, stress manage, clearty of mind, better sleep. It's value is in it's bioactive phytonurtients. Use with milk before bed .

It contains some soil as well as stone particles grind in it.
Do proper cleaning before grinding the Ashwagandha roots. When it mix into water it's taste like that contains soil and some stone particles grind in it. I purchased 2 times before but not get this type of problem but this time it is very disappointing. So please maintain the purity of products.

This not a pure ashwagandha powder. Also Micro size stones are there in powder. I'm wasted my money. Quality is not good.
