When the cross arrived in the mail, I thought it too big and gaudy. But as I studied it, I realized that the design was really Italian Rennaisance - something not very familiar in my Episcopal church. But que sera sera. I one several crucifixes in different styles, and this has become my favorite. I wear it on a 3mm 24" Lifetime Jewelry rope c. Perfect together. I own several items from Lifetime, and every single on looks like 14 or 18k. They all clean up perfectly with a jewelry cloth. Shower with them, break a sweat - it doesn't matter. The color looks right it's heavy and it's a big crucifix I don't like huge jewelry but if you do this is for you about two to three inches it'll be great and I want and a half inch size.

This beautiful cross can be worn by men and women, some say too big, some say too small for a man, but to be it is perfect. I was in the ER and my Dr had this same size with chain and had beautiful shine and in my heart i knew I had t have one just like it. My daughter up north always sends me gift cards for birthdays and Christmas so I hunted carefully and when I saw this I bought it along with the hidden cross above, I sent my daughter descriptions of what I purchased for Birthday Day and Mothers day, always together so she looked them up and was well pleased and happy with my choices, knowing and loving me so well she knew they were perfect for me. The nurse also wore Christian jewelry and they liked my 2 Christian rings. Our faith shines forth in many ways, but these 2 are very significant to me and others. Beautiful work. As an Orthodox Christian, I enjoy this item and it is worth having and wearing.

The cross seemed to be of good quality, but the color did not match the color of real 24k. If you intend to match it with real 24k jewelry, you will notice that the color is off.

This is made by a family jeweler in the USA, NOT CHINA, it has a good weight to it, the detail is good, and it goes very well on my medium gold chain. I feel it is important to wear a cross being Christian. I am very satisfied with this quality product, which is priced below it's value.It also comes with a lifetime replacement warranty. Being a 6'6" tall guy, the size is perfect as well. You can't go wrong here!
