ResMed37303 Air10 Side Cover - Charcoal

I bought this for my Reamed Aircurve 10 vauto to go camping so I could run my machine without the humidifier since I was going to run on battery. It makes for a smaller package too which is nice.. Worked great used this is combo with the slimline hose instead ofy climateline hose again for better use with battery. Fit was perfect and worked as expected.

No need for water. Easy to travel with. Plug in and sleep. No problems at all. Watch for dryness in nose and add moisture I. E. Saline spray.

The cover snaps into place nicely. I've never used the water chamber on the CPAP, and now I get to reclaim some extra space on the nightstand.

For all intents and purposes this fits and works well. However I find it leaves my mouth very dry if I breathe through my mouth.

excellent product. It makes the machine so quiet when I don't want or need to use the humidifier.

I used to have to pack this thing in it's travel case and it was a pain getting it through the airport. Now, I put this cover on it since I don't use the humidity chamber anyway, and I can put it in my checked luggage and not have to worry about getting it through TSA. Great.

If you don't use the humidity, then you really don't need to use the reservoir attachment for water. Using this side cover does eliminate a bulk of the cleaning procedures. It's sort of a pain to take apart for cleaning though. Still less work than the reservoir but could have been designed slightly better.

Makes my cpap machine so much more compact and light! Didn't know this even existed
