This is such a practical jacket with all the pockets to store items when traveling! And the fabric is so soft!

5 stars for fitting a 13” MacBook Pro plus iPad. I have an iPad mini in the pocket with the MacBook shown but it would fit a standard size iPad too. If there was a 4.5 rating available, I’d give it that instead because the large pocket is located in the front of the jacket. It should be on the back for comfort- I do not need accessibility to my laptop when I’m wearing the hoodie. It would be more comfortable to wear if it was on the back. I’ve read that they do make a back pocket on other styles but find it hard to search for it or find pictures and I wanted a hoodie since I want to wear my regular jacket over it. The XL jacket fits me as if it was a Large in another brand. If I was to stuff it full I might want an XXL instead. But I primarily wanted it to go through airport security with my dogs. There’s a weight limit for the dog carrier - with my dogs in it I was at 14 lbs and my airline only allows 17 lbs so I can’t pack a 3 lbs laptop in with them to check in. That requires me to stuff the laptop in my suitcase which leads to flight attendants wanting to gate check my bag. I despise checking a bag due to the extra hour it requires at landing and lack of flexibility if connections are missed. Further, if I put the laptop into my suitcase then it’s almost impossible to retrieve once in flight. When you fly with a dog and a carryon suitcase you have to divide your purse contents between the two.bags. Inside the suitcase is inaccessible and it’s hard to find airline approved dog carriers that fit laptops. So the Chloe hoodie looks like my solution. The fleece is fairly thick and looks nice on (when not overstuffed). The price is overly high but good for ScotteVest for making something simple that the other million coat manufacturers can’t seem to figure out - we want inside pockets for everything. It’s rare to find a woman’s jacket that has pockets inside, especially zipped interior pockets. So until the other companies figure out a way around their patent and the simple genius of multiple interior pockets, it will remain worth paying so much.

I had the men’s version of the fleece travel hoodie in black, and I loved it. My favorite thing was the do not disturb sign built into the hood for naps on the plane. I lost my hoodie in April on a trip to Spain. I had always called it the precious, and I was so disappointed to have lost it. I was even more disappointed when I learned they no longer made the do not disturb sign on the hoodies. I decided to replace it with the ladies version in purple. I was concerned that it was a little short and didn’t have as many pockets. It turns out it’s a wonderful size, and has just the right amount of pockets. In reality, I really didn’t use all 28 of the pockets on the men’s version. I can still fit my tablet in a pocket, my large iPhone, and everything else I needed to fit. The deep purple is a perfect gorgeous shade! I normally wear a large and I got an XL so I’d have room after I stuffed things in the pockets. It’s perfect! It was super warm and cozy on the freezing plane, and I guess I’m over not having my do not disturb sign. I took a silk scarf to replace that, but never ended up napping. I do wish the ladies jacket had the tight cuffs around the wrists, but glad it still has the thumb holes. This is my favorite jacket ever, this one and the one I lost. But overall, I think this purple one is even better than my black men’s version. Such a great invention!

I ordered this hoodie for cool weather travelling and am very happy with the weight, sizing, pockets and fabric it is made from. I wore it on a trip where the weather was rainy and cool...and it was perfect. The fit is flattering but looks and feels a little bit bulky when utilizing several of the pockets. The weight of the items I carried in the pockets was balanced well so it didn't feel super heavy. The only reason I can't give it five stars and would be hesitant to order another one is because when I washed it for the first time per the instructions, machine wash delicate cold and tumble dry low, the main zipper pull came off in the dryer. I was able to push the zipper back on its track. It seems to work fine, but I am concerned that the main zipper will come off the track every time when unzipping it or washing it now. The zippers seemed sturdy enough, prior to washing it. The zipper pull is sturdy metal and didn't seem to be bent at all. If the zipper continues to function properly, I will make sure the front zipper is zipped all the way up before washing it again. I have a few other light cardigans from SCOTTeVEST which I love, so hopefully the zipper issue on this hoodie is an isolated incident due to bad luck. Definitely good to have one of these pocketed hoodies in the closet if you're like me and don't like to carry a purse.

I’m used to having extra long arms on things but I need room from the waist down. I chose a 2XL expecting to be able to zip up the bottom. I barely did. The top is oversized which I would expect for the size chosen. I know once it’s washed I won’t be able to zip it with as tight as it is now across the bottom.

I am so happy I invested in this fleece. It is incredible for travel - especially if you travel over seas where baggage allowances are based on both size and weight. I can put my phone, iPad, camera, chargers, passport, sunglasses and more in the convenient pockets. Not something I want to walk around with in my pockets all day - but gets your through the boarding process with ease when taking a purse or backpack isn't an option. I also like how the hood zips all the way up - another feature you won't use a ton, but it does allow you to have a snug fit on the hood in windy weather - or to pull over and zone out on the plane. The fabric is super comfy and the sleeves roll down to cover your hands (with thumb holes) so if you are simply running to the store or walking the dog in cold weather, you don't have to mess with gloves. The dark purple color is beautiful as well. I would highly recommend this bag.
