This bra was way too small. I’m a 34dd and I got a medium (I normally wear a small) and it was so tight I couldn’t roll it down. If you are well endowed or have broad shoulders this bra doesn’t have a lot of stretch. If you are a runner, you could wear this bra as a pretty high impact one. Definitely size up.

I ordered a large, this thing is hilarious!!! I could barely get my head through the hole! I am an average-sized woman (5'6", 140lb), and although I do have large breasts (34dd), I don't think they made any difference. The little pads came to just below my collar bones. I'm not sure how this bra would fit any adult!!
