Perfect for a private home assistant setup
Very satisfied with this product! Excellent value for the price. I’ve been using it for a few months now together with Home Assistant, and it has worked flawlessly. As a European user, I found the documentation a bit US-oriented at first, so I had quite a few questions during setup. Their support team was outstanding — quick, detailed, and patient in answering all my concerns. Thanks to them, I now have a clear understanding of how everything works. They even sent me an extra part I needed for my European setup at no cost, which I really appreciated. My board has 28 circuits, but since circuits on the same phase can be combined, I was able to cover everything with the 16 clamps included. The measurements are very accurate — I compared them against some smart plugs with built-in power meters, and after several weeks of monitoring, the readings matched closely. Updating the firmware through the app was also a big plus. It allowed me to change the reporting interval from 30 seconds to just 2 seconds, giving me near real-time insight into my energy usage. I started out using their cloud integration with Home Assistant, but later switched to the private local setup. Everything now connects directly to Home Assistant without needing the internet — and the setup was much easier than I expected.

Easy to install, external SMA antenna, calculates real-time phase balance.
Kit comes with SMA antenna extension cable that you can run outside of the panel to connect the included external antenna. Module has Bluetooth provisioning and connected to WiFi with no issues. Data is stored in 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and 1 year buckets. Real phase load balance is computed instantaneously. Circuit editor allows you to name each sensor and provide voltage multiplier to correctly account 2 phase loads. Another pane graphs the data. The same time range buckets are used for graphical representation. You can also export the data in tabular format for further processing if necessary. App also allows you to set alerts and also change cost per kilowatt to benchmark utility meter. My particular interest is in benchmarking HVAC efficiency and tracking large unknown loads in my house. The device will help me to answer questions such as when is the best time to top off refrigerant in my 2 HVAC units, is it time to replace my refrigerator, is the battery in my EV getting too old, do smart switches consume more energy to run than power they help to save with schedules and timers, is the basement sump pump just tripped the circuit breaker, is the septic tank air pump still working or blew mechanical fuse, etc. My main panel has 40 breakers, this device has only 16 channels. But I figured that if I run 3 wires per sensor for 8 sensors, plus 2 wires per sensor for another 8 sensors, I will cover the entire panel. The important thing is to ensure that all the wires going through the single sensor are connected to the same phase. Odd breaker rows are connected to phase 1, even rows to phase 2. I have 5 double breakers installed in this panel. I connected them to 5 sensors and used x2 multiplier in the app to correctly attribute 240V loads. Wires are cut without any slack in my panel, and bundling 3 wires together through the same sensor was difficult. I used plastic zip ties to reinforce hinges and latches on low gauge wires. Main module can be connected to 3 phases max. I used only the first 2 and connected the 3rd wire to the neutral as instructed in paper and app guides. Kit includes 3x 12th gauge wires and 3x wire connectors to connect multi strand power wiring to breakers in case if you don't have 2 spare empty slots to install dedicated breakers to power this module.

Great Energy monitoring system
Installed a generator backup system, Along with the energy monitoring system. System is showing me where my electricity is coming from (city power or my generator power) and where it’s going and how much I am using…This is one of the best energy monitoring system I have run across! After connecting everything up, turned on the energy monitoring system,,,system came up and everything was working as intended. (Absolutely an easy Installation) Contacted customer service with a question about labeling circuits from app. customer service replied in about 12 hours, answered all my questions. AS OF RIGHT NOW, GREAT ENERGY MONITORING SYSTEM. Easy to install, and the app was easy to work with. Those who posted negative reviews probably didn’t know what they were doing. 🤔 And probably should not be in there circuit panel (death commit soon) if you touch the wrong thing!!

Great Smart Energy Monitor with Minor Accuracy Quirks
This smart home energy monitor has been a fantastic addition to my setup. Installation was straightforward, the app is intuitive, and I love being able to see real-time energy usage for the whole house. It's really helped me become more mindful about what’s using the most power and when. That said, I did notice a small discrepancy when comparing it to my utility power meter—the readings are consistently off by a few percentage points. Not a huge deal for general monitoring, but if you're looking for ultra-precise data, it’s something to keep in mind. This meter is usually 20-50kwh under what the power company meter says im using. Again this is not a huge deal at all to some Overall, it's a solid product with powerful insights and great functionality. Just shy of perfect due to the slight inaccuracy, but still absolutely worth it for most homeowners.

Works great and with home assistant
I bought 2 of these and I need to get one more. They are easy to install since they use split clamp coils. Easy to install and add to Home assistant or just view usage from the app. They have already helped me find things that are wasting power in my home. This is a rare product that just works like it should right out of the box.

I don't recommend this device
Wasted half a day off with this thing. Had it working but it would add my solar panels and added it to power consumed. So if I was using 3k watts and my panels are putting out 5k watts it would show as 8k watts being consumed. I was in the middle of reconfiguring the clamps to troubleshoot when I could no longer communicate with the device. Also there is no way to edit a circuit after initial setup. You have to delete the account and re register and start over.

Great Product at An Awesome Price!
I've been using this for a while now. It's a great replacement for my old monitor with a lot of new features. Installation is easy and straight forward, the split current transfers make that very easy. The app works well and it's already set up for Home Assistant integration and the ability to use that as your server so no need to sed data out of your home. I had one small problem that tech support quickly and professionally took care of. I have 4 panels and lots of circuits to monitor so I will be buying several.

Works fabulously with Home Assistant
Unit is compact and sensor clamps are also small. Had no issue in getting this into my full 200A panel box. Packaging was well done and everything was secure. Installing this into a breaker panel can be intimidating for many, but it is quite easy. Support on the product is also very quick and efficient. I was able to setup in Home Assistant quickly and easily. It is reporting to my own MQTT. Would be amazing if an addon or HACS module was made for it. There are some values for correcting my 220v circuits in the config yaml I am getting assistance on. I will post back once I have assurance I am doing correctly. The support has been quite quick to respond to my initial inquiry. Overall I am VERY HAPPY with my purchase. Unit comes with all pieces necessary to install. Extra wire and wire nuts in case needed for unit power, antenna extension cable, rubber plugs for any unused ports. Only thing I was concerned was if the main clamps were going to be able to reach as I had to put the unit at the very top and my feed comes from the bottom. There was enough length to adequately route neatly and have minimal slack. I forgot to take pics, may update in near future. In doing this I also realized I have circuits over 50 amp and also a subpanel of 90. I will be purchasing a second unit for my subpanel. *Update Unit is working flawlessly in homeassistant. Was going to build myself, but this proved to be an excellent value with none of the diy work. I will note that for US Buyers on 110v circuits monitoring a double 220v breaker, a modification to the configuration.yaml circuit will need to be adjusted. The sample config as described in the manual works very well, but is setup for observing only 1 leg. To adjust for 2 legs you will need to multiply the multiplier for voltage, active power, energy in and energy out by 2. ex if it is .1 then .2 if .01 then .02. Example provided by the very quick and very responsive support I have included. Hopefully they will also update their manual. I will be purchasing a 2nd unit for my subpanel in the near future. Thank you for an excellent product.

Good Product & Great Experience!
Product works as described. It will integrate into HomeAssistant with a little bit of work. If you are savvy with the configuration files then it shouldn't be an issue. I had a great experience with the support team when I had some strange readings, they were able to resolve my problem. I turned the solar breakers in the panel back on in the wrong order. Afterwards, I had a few additional questions about how the system works and they were great to deal with. The response didn't come until overnight, but that was fine since it isn't urgent. As a bonus: the electrical cost analysis portion of the app allows Time Of Use Rate configuration, which is exactly what I needed for where I live. I did not expect it to have that capability. Everything is working perfectly and I was able to already find opportunities for power savings in the house.
