Love the watch. I purchased for a 5 year old that wanted to learn to tell time. It is well made, Stays on the wrist well and I bet I heard 4:00 twenty times The first day. It's very cute, durable and I like water resistant.

Very nice first watch for any kid. Color coded hands are helpful. Easier to teach them how to tell the time.

My 2nd grader was having difficulty understanding an analog clock, so we got him this timex watch to help. We got the blue one with sharks. The details are great! The word “minute” and “hour” are printed on the appropriate hand, and the numbers are written out for the hour (and the minutes along the far edge). It’s taken the confusion out of learning to tell time. Like others have said though, the band isn’t good. It’s stretchy elastic that feeds through the sliding buckle. The little teeth kept it in place for the first week. Then after that it kept slowly sliding out and loosening up. It fell off his wrist a few times. Now he stopped wearing it since it won’t stay on. I plan to fit it to his wrist and sew it, since nothing else we’ve tried is working.

Got this for my nephew who loves dinosaurs. The watch face is easy to read and aides children in learning to read time via dial and hands. The numbers are actual numbers not roman. The hour hand has a Dino head on it and both minute and hour hand have the words written on them for identification. The colors are very cute. The size of the watch is just right for a 6 year old. The band is stretchy enough for comfort but wont go loose. It can stand some wear and tear ( needed for kids). It is easy to put on and take off. The kids can do it themselves. There is no tongue (stick that goes through the whole) like on adult watches. Over all, a loved gift!

My little guy loved this shark watch. He was too young to tell time, but he wote it all the time.

Very cute and appropriately sized for young children. My daughters really love theirs, with one exception... The strap is terrible. It adjusts as small as you need it to be, but no matter what you do (short of stitching the loose end to the rest of the strap) it loosens as they play and the watch eventually falls off. Because of the garbage strap that will not work without modification, it gets 3 stars.

I bought this for my 5 year old who can't read time. Basically the only reason he wanted a watch is because his younger sister got one as a gift....so he needed one. With that in mind, this watch was perfect. He loves it and wears it all the time. I saw some complaints from other reviews that the strap was hard to adjust. I don't really have any problems adjusting for my son. I help him put it on at the beginning of the day and it pretty much stays put until the end of the day when he takes it off. So i can't say i had any issues with that.

My 8-year-old daughter was still struggling with learning how to tell time on a clock despite doing workbooks on telling time. She loves pandas, so when I saw this watch, I jumped on it. Within a day of wearing this watch, she had mastered telling time!! The hour hand is marked "hour", the minute hand is marked "minute", and the seconds are indicated by a little panda - these features were helpful for learning how to tell time on an analog watch. The watch is very cute, and the elasticated strap is comfortable and adjustable. Highly recommend!

Es excelente para niños pequeños, justo lo que se ofrece en la descripción. Los números del minutero son pequeños pero se ven bien. No lo recomiendo para niños mayores de 10 años ya que es muy pequeño.

First of all the box had been opened and taped back with clear tape. Inside were two children's watches the boxes they were in are torn. very cheap quality watches

We got this watch for our son’s birthday and he loved it, but after a couple of weeks of wear the face is so scratched you can barely read the time. So disappointed as it’s not cheap.
