For a woman with PMDD, so far ....THESE ARE HEAVEN!!!
I have been taking this pill for a little over 3 months, and I have seen big changes! First off, let me explain my symptoms... I have PMDD and it is terrible! For a while I took birth control to control it, but it just made it worst. I tried many different brands but could not just find "the one". So I gave up and decided to just suck it up. My symptoms are usually drastic mood swings, one moment I am laughing, and the next I literally just start crying for no reason. Even I know there is no reason, but for some reason I just feel so sad that I cry (I am not a person that cries, I never cry, EVER). Then, there is the anger, it is an incontrollable rage for such insignificant things. I know they are insignificant, but for some reason I just want to throw the chair at the wall. An this in particular is so tiring, due to the fact that I have to control myself. I have to not act on my feelings, just take deep breaths or go distract myself. Furthermore, the fatigue, it is brutal! It is usually within the 3 days before I begin my period, I just want to sleep all day. Bloating, I am not kidding, I go up a size because of how bloated I get. The only silver lining is how HUGE my boobs get, however they hurt like hell. I also get acne every time before my period, and it sucks, my face is never clear. Cramping is also very ugly, specially the first 2 or 3 days of my period (I have special prescription for this). Lastly, my sex drive is like a roller coaster. Pretty much once my ovulation ends up until midways to my period, my sex drive is nonexistent. So what changes have I seen? Well... No drastic mood swings, those are gone. I do get easily angered, still, but not as extreme. The two periods that I had since I started taken my pills have been a breeze, I have not had cramps at all! NONE! NO CRAMPS!! The bloating is gone, except for my boobs, for some reason they still got huge but there was no pain at all! Jus fun times! My energy has been incredible, no fatigue whatsoever. The acne has also gotten so much better... no big breakouts. My skin seems to be clearing up. My sex drive has been insane these two months, my husband loves it, and I do too! No longer like a roller coaster! I will keep taking them (I usually take 2 pills before bed), I even signed up for the monthly deliveries. Even if things don't get any better, if they just stay as is, I am satisfied!!! VERY HAPPY!!! I feel free! Totally recommend!!!

Excellent
This is an excellent supplement for pms and pmdd. Experienced much more mild mood swings, bloat, appetite disturbances, weight gain and feel overall more stable during luteal phase.

Works perfectly
I've suffered from extreme anxiety the past couple years. Nothing I've tried has helped! I had been watching HHH for about a year, reading reviews/researching the products... One day I decided to go ahead & place an order for Joy Filled & see if it helped. Why not? I've tried everything else I could think of, short of getting put on prescription meds. I like all natural products & it was worth a shot. I noticed within the first couple days, my stress levels were lower & I wasn't getting the constant flutters of anxiety. No more elephant on my chest! I do still get the occasional flutter, so I take a 2nd capsule when that happens. I start w/ 1 capsule in the AM & feel calm all day. I've tried other HHH products, as well & had mixed results. Little Pick Me Up: didn't work for me. I started out w/ 1 capsule in the AM & then tried 2. Used for 1 week. Namestay: didn't work for me & gave me a headache. kept me awake at night. I took 1 capsule at bedtime, then tried 2. Used for 3 days. Maca: I didn't notice any difference. I took 2 capsules a day. Gave me a little energy boost. Used for 3 weeks. Ashwaganda: Made me tired, best used at night. Kept me mellow, but have the same results as w/ Joy Filled. I took 3 capsules a day, except on days I took the Joy Filled, then it was 1 capsule. Used for 3 weeks. Go With The Flow: Wow! Helps so much w/ PMS symptoms. I take 1 capsule in the AM & 1 in the afternoon. Less cramping, no bloating, less mood swings. Used for 2 weeks. Joy Filled: Less anxiety, not feeling so stressed out. I'm able to deal w/ every day stresses of life w/ a much calmer attitude. Less moody, more focused. I would 100% recommend HHH Joy Filled! Used for 4 months. Although, some of the other products may not have worked for me, that doesn't mean they won't work for you. Everybody's body is different & it's recommended to give products at least 3 weeks to notice a difference. Happy Customer for life! All natural products. Easy to swallow. No yucky aftertastes.

It works
Really helps with maintaining and regulating balance. I have been using it now for over a year and swear by it. Helped to decrease PMS symptoms and made the flow a bit more bearable. My energy level was a bit higher due to not having to feel horrible with cramps and hard flow. Takes a little bit to feel the effects, but once you do, it is worth it.

Life-Changing Support for Hormonal Balance!
Review: I’ve been using the Happy Healthy Hippie Hormone Balance supplement for a few weeks, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. As someone who struggles with PMS symptoms like mood swings, bloating, and cramps, I was looking for a natural solution – and this has been a game-changer! Within the first couple of weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my mood stability and a reduction in bloating. The menstrual cramps that usually disrupt my day were much more manageable. I also appreciate that this supplement is vegan, non-GMO, and made with natural herbs like chasteberry and black cohosh – it feels good knowing I’m putting clean ingredients into my body. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I love that I only need to take a couple each day to maintain balance. If you’re looking for a holistic approach to hormone health, I highly recommend giving this a try. Pros: • Effective relief from PMS symptoms (mood swings, bloating, cramps) • Natural, vegan, and non-GMO formula • Easy to incorporate into a daily routine Cons: • Results took a couple of weeks to notice (but worth the wait!) Overall, this product has helped me feel more in control of my body and has provided consistent relief – I’ll definitely keep using it!

It is doing something
I have severe PMDD. I was on sertraline for it for years and then decided with my doctor to wean off sertraline. My PMDD came back with a vengeance. I looked for relief online before taking the route of more medications or birth control and found this. I honestly wasn't expecting anything to happen despite all the good reviews. And I am only giving it three stars for now until I can determine exactly what it is helping. This is my experience with these vitamins. My period goes like clockwork every month around the 25th. I started taking these during my PMDD time in December. Obviously there was no change as I had started them right in the middle of things. I continued to take them daily to see if they would make a difference for the following month. I started a random period, a shorter one, on the 11th of January. This was really weird, I am not sure if it had anything to do with these vitamins or not, but this is not something I have ever had happen before. This short period lasted about 4 days and was very light. Because of this I was not sure if I would be getting my regular period at the normal 25th-ish day that I do. Well it gets to the 24th and my period starts. I've had no symptoms, no breast tenderness that I always have, no crazy fluctuating moods where I am screaming then crying and borderline suicidal. I am irritable, very irritable, and pretty emotional over silly stuff but nothing else. So this feels like a big improvement. Since it has only been one month that I've taken this I can't say for sure yet exactly what it is doing. It is definitely changing something, the breast soreness is a massive change. I am going to keep taking it and will update this review when I can say for certain it is not causing multiple periods a month and that my mood is actually better handled while taking it. The three stars are because of the random additional period and the cost, $30 a month is pretty steep. If my PMDD next month continues to feel improved I will raise my review.

Severe Side Effects – Use Extreme Caution
I took this because I’m an overthinker, which leads to anxiety and sometimes feeling sad—especially around my menstrual cycle. I ordered Joy Filled and Go With the Flow hoping for support. I took Go With the Flow for 3 days and Joy Filled for just 1 day, and both were awful. They made me feel like I was losing my mind. My brain felt like it was going a million miles per hour, I couldn’t focus, and it honestly felt like I had taken speed or drugs. I wanted it to wear off so badly but felt stuck “on the ride.” I had very poor sleep—felt awake but asleep—and woke up exhausted. I strongly recommend extreme caution, especially if you’re sensitive to supplements or medications and are very in tune with your body. Good thing I’m in therapy, because I was using every coping skill I had just to get through the effects. This supplement is not FDA-evaluated and the final product has not been clinically tested. While it contains “researched” herbs, the exact amounts of each ingredient are not clearly disclosed, and there is no evidence showing how these herbs interact together. Ingredients like St. John’s Wort are known to interact with many medications and can cause serious side effects. Effectiveness claims rely mostly on testimonials, not scientific studies. Third-party testing only confirms label contents—not safety or effectiveness. I will never try this product—or anything from this seller—again.

Yesssss.
I waited two menstrual cycles of taking Go With the Flow before writing a review. I came off birth control a couple of years ago and shortly after, night sweats around menstruation began. Every.single.month. I went to the doctor and they ruled out potential medical concerns and suggested birth control. However, I had originally chosen to come off birth control because I had gained more knowledge on taking prescriptions. I decided since birth control wasn't a neccessary prescription and I wanted to discontinue its use. I accepted my hormonal night sweat fate and dealt for too long. Finally, earlier this year, I was DONE. Beyond exhausted of soaking through my pajamas and sheets. So gross. My naturopathic research began. I started seed cycling, primarily ground flax seed during menstruation. When I have a couple of tablespoons [mixed into oatmeal, on top of toast, etc.], it does help keep the night sweats more mild. But knowing exactly when my period is coming is tricky and staying on top of consuming that much flax during my flow is something I sometimes fail at. I tried gelatinized maca a couple months ago, based off a friend's recommendation. It did nothing. Go With the Flow was my backup plan. I started my first bottle 19 days before my period began. I knew not too have high expectations because I had read and was told by a nurse friend to give it time to get in my system. Two days after consuming the first 2 servings, I noticed a difference in my mood. It is hard to explain and I know that's hardly enough time to be in my system but, I just felt more peaceful? My overall mood seemed shifted in a positive direction. My period started and guess what!? No night sweats! It was ah-mazing. I knew not to get too excited just yet and side note, I was staying on top of my ground flaxseed intake, but Go With the Flow felt promising. I recently had my 2nd cycle into taking GWTF [still consuming flax, too] and NO night sweats. It's so, so amazing to not wake up feeling you just showered and crawled into bed, without toweling off. Something I used to take for granted. I mentioned to my GYN I was taking this. She expressed her concerns since there are not studies on these herbs/not regulated by FDA and we don't know how they really affect the body. She recommended birth control again. I've done what research I can on the ingredients and my doctor isn't wrong, there are not many studies and it is not recommended to take black cohosh long term [due to lack of studies]. I will keep that in mind moving forward and decided after my cycle ends, I'll cut down to one pill a day for a week then the remainder of the weeks leading up to and during my cycle, I'll take the recommended serving of 2 pills. I've already recommended this to a friend and she's on her first bottle. She has a different purpose for needing these but I'm hopeful it helps her as she needs it to. If you have hormonal night sweats, give this a try. I truly wish I found it a long time ago but, better late than never.
