Amazing body, MUST BUY
THIS BODY IS AMAZING. bought for my son and WOW what a bargain.Comes with a lay down servo mount with steering links. Those alone are usually $20. My son's RC car now has WAY more flex because of this. Lay down servo mount plus the additional shock mounting locations make this a must buy. Now I need to buy one because his literally flexs a whole extra inch than mine because of this body.Don't listen to the cryers, just buy it and figure it out!

Mixed bag of parts and not enough instructions
Negatives- Can’t use the original battery strap. The servo lay down bracket kit had no instructions. The lights aren’t very bright. The screws are all mixed together making it a guess on the length to use per instructions. High clearance links overextend the rear driveshaft. Some of the shock mounting positions aren’t accessible. The servo wires and motor wire hit because of lack of clearancePros- But overall a great way to really change up the look of your trx4m. You get a lot for your money and your approach/departure angles are way better. More tire clearance.

MB18, a really enjoyable kit!
The MEUS Racing MB18 Body and Chassis Kit for the TRX4M is a mixed bag but overall a solid option for anyone wanting to upgrade their rig. This kit includes an ABS shell and a durable nylon chassis, plus a few thoughtful extras like a pre-painted surface and a set of stickers to personalize the look. It’s compatible with various TRX4M models, like the Defender, Bronco, K10, and F150 High Trail, and I appreciate that MEUS designed this to be ready to rock with just a few parts (axles, transmission, and electronics) are all you need to get this thing moving. One of the highlights for me is that it comes with a lay-down servo mount for a lower center of gravity, which can make a difference in handling on the trail. However, keep in mind it doesn’t support the vertical servo mount, so you’ll need to modify your setup by cutting the servo ears if you’re using a stock axle. Now, onto the quality: the body looks fantastic, and there’s a nice light kit included to give it that extra realistic touch. The high clearance rear links and lay-down servo mount are nice bonuses for the price. However, the hardware leaves a lot to be desired. The screws that come with this kit are some of the worst I’ve encountered. Using quality screw drivers, the screws still stripped way too easily, which made assembly a pain.Once built, the MB18 definitely stands out. It has a functional design that fits 64mm tires without scrubbing, and the included spare tire adds a nice touch for scale looks. Just be aware that there’s not much access to the battery; it’s pretty much locked in once you put the body on. Also, MEUS decided to dump all the screws into one bag, which made sorting through it frustrating. It’s a bit daunting at first glance, but if you’re patient, you’ll get through it.The kit is designed for a standard single-speed transmission, but I decided to use a 2-speed transmission instead. This did require me to remove the truck’s cabin to make it fit, which turned out to be a simple adjustment that made room for the 2-speed setup. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that adding the 2-speed transmission raises the motor position, so you'll need to use a very compact motor if you want to avoid modifying any of the kit’s braces. In my case, I went with the Hobbywing Mini24 motor, which fit perfectly without any extra adjustments needed. So, if you’re planning on a 2-speed transmission, just be aware that space is tight, but with the right motor, it’s totally doable and adds an extra layer of performance to the build! For the price, this kit offers a lot, even if the hardware could use an upgrade. It’s a great option for anyone with extra TRX4M parts looking to build something unique without breaking the bank. Not perfect, but overall, it’s a fun project that looks and performs well once it’s put together.

Excellent Alternative
This is a great quality alternative to the factory options, I personally wanted to try out a different style to the available colors so I based mine on the 1st gen bronco/heritage modern bronco's

DO NOT BUY!!!!
this might be the absolute WORST thing iv ever bought. faulty bolts almost every one i tried to screw in stripped as soon as they were in the hole. design is awful, the body is poorly designed and doesn't even fit right. and its not just something you slap together it took me 3 hours before i realized it didn't fit my traxxas trx4m ford f150 correctly. the battery holder was in the way and arms going to axles didn't fit onto the frame of this. i basically took the whole rc apart, which is not what i wanted. i wanted a body that you just stuck right on like the stock one, and this one requires you to take you whole vehicle apart. i would not suggest this item

A disappointing end to a frustrating build.
The media could not be loaded. The technical - I think this kit has potential to be fantastic but we had lots of problems with it. I've been building rc kits for almost 27 years now and this one was pretty much what I'd expect. With a couple big exceptions. The instructions are a 2 sided sheet of exploded drawings. Not something my son and I could follow easily. They sent so many screws and no way to identify them. I had to get a drafting ruler. And the worst part is when using the recommended m1x3 screws for the body clips they went through the hood of the shell. Not the end of the world but when we screwed the rear body locking lever in the post snapped off. Now the shell won't stay on. And the kit is basically useless. I could take the entire thing apart and put his truck back together but I don't have a whole afternoon to do that again. And there's not an option to just buy a shell. It's wildly disappointing. The personal- this was supposed to be a fun project for my son and I. Hes 6 and he spent his own money to buy this kit for his truck. Between the crappy instructions and the body mounts braking the entire experiance is a disappointment.
