Returning these FAULTY items cost me a lot of money.
This PS4 only lasted one week before it just went dead. I'd ordered this item because of the return within 12 months back up from Amazon, what I didn't realise is it cost me £17.85 to return the item to the seller. This is not good as this item was faulty. Then like a fool, I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt and bought a slightly more expensive one off them which didn't even get started it would not connect at all. It then cost me another £17.85 to return that one! suffice to say I shopped elsewhere for the third one.

Not fully working.
The console works, but has no wifi capability. Doesn't find any networks. Also the controller was faulty as one of the buttons does not work at all. Controllers only connect once the console is on, I'm not able to turn the console on with the controller. If you're willing to put in the extra effort and a few £s to replace parts, this is worth it. If you have no experience with console repair, however, spend a bit more and get one from a reputable retailer.

Faulty twice
It was faulty, not scrubbed of previous user and power and eject disc buttons missing. Awaiting replacement Replacement arrived, does not turn on and power button missing. Wonder what will happen with the next one and which bits will be missing or not working.

Ordered this for Christmas last year for my daughter and so very skeptical. So skeptical even I got the largest protection package possible in case it tore up or broke. Her brother stole hers and she had been so heartbroken that I had to get her one. We have had now nearly a year and it works great. No problems at all. No scratches or problems with machine at all. Works great!

So it had to boot in safe mode in order to install an update necessary to work, but now it's fine. The controller was in rough condition, but I bought another one and I'm still saving money. My son plays it for hours on end and it doesn't overheat or anything. Everything is great!

The PS3 and the controller was well packed . When I unpacked the item it looked brand new not scratch or scuff mark. The console and controller work like new. Well worth the price

It works but it had sticky stuff on the outside and the unit case was full of scratches. I cleaned, which I shouldn’t have to and took a black marker and tried to fix all the deep stretches. Kinda worked. Wouldn’t buy again.
