Impressive!
I looked for a long time for just the right electric fireplace for our project. This was turned out even better than I hoped! We had a problem with shipping - the whole front glass was shattered. I contacted the seller and they were very quick to answer and eager to fix the problem. They sent a new unit right away. As far as fake flames go, I love the look of these! It is very calming. The kids love changing the colors, but I enjoy the realistic reds and oranges. Install was easy, the glass top slides right back onto the front after the casing is installed for a seamless look. I was very impressed with the heat output as well! And it runs so quietly you can hardly tell it's on. We have no complaints! It was a great choice.

Great fireplace for a great price!
I have purchased several electric fireplaces from Amazon over the years, and this is one of the nicer ones I have found. Great price, love that you can set the brightness, and we actually kept the log base instead of doing the crystals and it looks great! Heating element is nice as well, with a high and low setting. Flame looks good - runs quiet.

Suitable substitute for the real thing
Easy install, looks good and puts out some heat. The cats love it. Much easier, cleaner and cheaper than putting a real fireplace in.

Happy we purchased
We were looking for a fireplace that would not protrude too far from the wall. This one was perfect. We weren’t trying to do construction so I paired it with some floating shelves and it looks wonderful. I love that we can change the colors and makes the room nice and warm

Pretty good, looks great
Not a hot of heat production as I was expecting, but it is warming, not too loud on the fan, and looks awesome. My wife likes it.

Amazing all the way around!
The fireplace is beautiful! I love all of the different design options that it provides. It really allows you to be able to make it work with any space. It’s very easy to change out the options and to operate. Love that it has a remote control as some of the other options that I was looking at did not. Most importantly, this company has AMAZING customer service! I had a little hiccup and their customer service was friendly, quick, and efficient in resolving the issue. It seems it’s rare to experience customer service like theirs nowadays. They truly value their customers.

Great fireplace for a great price
The perfect fire place for us. It was easy to install. And height and length on the photo was right so that made it easier to install. The only thing I wish this did was have an option to make the fire “crackle” like a real fire! Other than that it’s perfect for us!

Me encantó, todo llegó muy bien; aunque tuve que ir por esa a FedEx porque no llegaba. Solo deberían mandarla con otra paquetería. Al menos mi experiencia no fue buena. Pero respecto al producto me encantó
