This is an amazing excellent back brace it fits perfectly and is accurate with the size It definitely pulls your shoulders back and gets your posture more aligned while sitting at the computer so your not hunched over. It relieves some of my pain in both my shoulders and upper back. I Definitely recommend to use for better support temporarily and from time to time but don’t rely on it all the time otherwise your body will depend on it for more support when using long term as your muscles could potentially weaken overtime when being compensated with the support of wearing a brace frequently.

Took me a minute to figure out how to wear this brace properly but boy, it works. You can feel it pulling your shoulders back, forcing your back straight. This is a fantastic brace for people with habitually bad posture as its design essentially forces you to adopt proper posture.Once you figure out how to put it on, it's like 1-2-3. Put it on like a vest, grab the large straps, attach it around your belly then grab the 2 smaller straps, pull them tight to tighten the shoulders and stick it to the front belt.It's also low profile enough that you can wear clothes over it, but it will have an imprint, especially the front belt, under light clothing.

I have tried many posture correctors over the past 7 years. Some were not that great, others were merely acceptable. This one is definitely the best I have ever tried. It fits well. It is easy to adjust. There are no metal parts jabbing under your armpits.The only thing that I don’t like is that the metal support rods are not removable.

The material around your arms and lining the brace is a neoprene-like material. Initially, I thought the part around your arms, more specifically under my arm, would rub but it hasn't yet.
