purchased this electric fireplace for our new home, and it has been such a great addition. It looks beautiful in person — the stacked stone surround and wood top give it a warm, high-end feel that really anchors the room. Assembly took some time, but it was very doable. My husband handled the install, and everything lined up well. Once it was in place, it completely transformed the space. The flame effect is realistic, the heat works great, and we love that you can use the flames with or without heat. One of our favorite features is the lighting — it can be controlled from an app on your phone and even syncs with music, including fun options like Happy Birthday. It’s such a fun and unexpected bonus that makes it feel extra special. This fireplace has already made our home feel cozier, especially on cold days, and we’re so glad we chose this one. It’s sturdy, functional, and absolutely worth it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that’s both practical and beautiful.

This is amazing quality and heats our entire living room. We have a wood burning fireplace and young kids so we were able to set it in front of the wood burning in the meantime to get some amazing heat in our living room. It looks custom built in. The wood pieces are very heavy duty and good quality.

Love, love, love this the price fit the product expectation. It’s heavy but I like that. It looks amazing! The size was just right and what I expected. It is very sturdy even when moving it to vacuum or plug/unplug things. The only thing I don’t like are the remotes. They are cheap looking and feel cheap. Also the inner piece for the fireplace was crooked and could not be fixed. But those were not enough to knock any stars off.

I paid a handyman to put it together for me. It took him 2.5hrs. Me and him loved it. Im order to get the different LED colors you have to scan the QI code and download the app

We read all the reviews, saw how long it took others to assemble. We had two guys do it who are electricians/network engineers, so figured they should have the skillsets to assemble this! Took them 2.5 hours, not bad. It looks nice, and worth the cost. It's important to know (we didn't!) that the electric fireplace is shipped separately. It came a day after the cabinets. Also important to know that there is an app called Lotus that is used to work the lights. The app allows you to choose the color for the in-cabinet lighting. Unfortunately, it won't let us choose white/warm light. It looks blue. No matter what we do with the color wheels/charts, white looks blue. It's still a good value for the money.

great fireplace !!my bedroom is large so it takes time for the room to get warm but it's not because of any lack on the part of the fireplace.just make sure the size of the room is relative to the heat output of the fireplace.

For those who expect perfection, this is probably not the fireplace for you. The paint isn’t evenly applied, several blemishes throughout. Some look like debris was painted over. The corners of the decorative woodworking were not sanded, they were painted with rough edges. Lastly, the fireplace itself, the stamping does not match the white lines of the brick. If I hadn’t spent about 3hrs in building and it wasn’t a jigsaw puzzle to place back in a box, I’d probably return this item. I will say, the fireplace does put out good heat and instructions were easy to follow to assemble.
