Started these after chemo
I have had cancer three times and one of the consequences was losing my salivary gland on one side which makes swallowing pills difficult. After chemo and radio my hair was obviously thinning, the chemo drug caused hair thinning rather than loss, and skin dryness. I just felt run down and the vitamins recommended were enormous and tasted horrible. I am just about to start my third bottle of these since the end of november 2017 and I do feel a difference. My hair is not only thicker but shiny and my skin is much less dry. I also have a cold wet nose - joke! I can't say my energy levels have improved but given the amount of toxic drugs I have been given it's no suprise. Whether it is a placebo effect or not I shall continue to take these as I think they work. Btw you need to take for around a month to start seeing benefits.

Really easy to take, and really fruity.
I bought these multi vitamins, because of the good reviews and also a great price.I’ve bought many multi vitamins over the years and give up taking them, as most are like trying to swallow a huge pellet.These are so tasty, and really easy to take, just two a day, it’s really like a little treat!Haven’t used them for long so don’t know about the benefits as yet.But will update soon.

Yummy, tab expensive
I cannot attest to how good these are in terms of how much they contribute to my health because i mean, how do you tell? I take these on and off (they're a little pricey) especially close to the flu season and do find myself recovering faster when i am on these so that may be a sign they do work. These are yummy, compared to many other gummy vits i've tried, these are one of the better tasting ones!

Very poor - Melted together!
Very poor - the product arrived and the whole container is vitamins melted together. Cannot be consumed !

I’m not sure if these are working or not they taste nice but in terms of health benefits i’m dubious

Tasty and good value supplements
Item came on time and is good value fir money. I buy this product for my daughter who doesn’t like taking supplements or tablets, but these are really tasty that she enjoys taking them.
