Magnesium Glycinate has been suggested to me on several occasions and I finally tried it. This brand was affordable. There is no taste. It is easy to swallow. And, it seems to be helping me sleep soundly. Highly recommend.

This is my second purchase with these magnesium glycinatev supplements. I noticed, I just have to take one at bedtime, and it does help calm your system down to sleep and helps you to actually have a bowel movement in the morning. I have never tried looking in the stores for this supplement, but I think this one online is a good price.

I have purchased this supplement for both of my pregnancies to help with restless legs and insomnia and it really works!
