It’s 4 boxes, so 24 serving packets.

What is the age range?

1 too forever. Really no age limit it's Pedialyte .

What is the expiration date?

The individual packs have a "use by" date printed on the back, just to the left of the directions for preparation. At least that's where I found it on my purchase.

Is the powder suppose to be more crystallized and hard compared to the normal Pedialyte powder?

No it is not. The powder should flow easily. On most of my packets I’ve had to smash the packet to loosen up the coagulated granules. I think they have not been stored properly before shipment.
