Great book and assessment that couples well with the original strengths finder - I like this addition

Great book for entrepreneurship

I was encouraged to read this after I discovered by Strengths talents. This book is a great compliment to that. It has opened by eyes to areas of my life that I can build up. It has shown me even more potential than I had previously realized.

Easy to read and easy to understand. I think it borrows a concept from Michael Gerber’s E-Myth. The idea that there are three types of managers and you have to first figure out which management type YOU are and then go about finding others to supplement your effort from the two other management type; for which you are not as skilled Q

Great book- excellent insights and very personalized when you take the enclosed analysis. Really, really like this!!

I actually stopped reading a few chapters into the book. I bought it in hopes of learning more about myself but the book did little of this for me. Just disappointing.

Not only did I not get the code I wanted to do the test, but the information contained inside was nothing groundbreaking or earth shattering I am so far disappointed by the sheer amount that Gallup expects it's customers to pay even with such a small amount of information in each of its products. Even the StrengthsFinder information is in no way conclusive, and I feel this test will probably be the same I'd probably recommend if you are a new or inspiring entrepreneur, but even then, the code is iffy so you might not even be able to do the test

You need to get the code to carry on in the book. Amazon not reareleasing codes!!!
