Impact Protection & Arch Support
I was very skeptical about these insoles, as I have tried many different types of insoles. These insoles were recommended by an online influencer. If an insole works, I don't mind paying $40-$50 or more, but these cost $23 approx. I needed a replacement insole for some basketball shoes (ANTA KT10), as my legs started hurting after a couple of basketball games in these basketball shoes. The Anta KT10 are great shoes, except the impact protection and arch support are significantly lacking. Then came these insoles that saved the day. When replacing insoles, particularly in basketball shoes, you need cushion but the insoles have to be low profile, thus, this is the challenge. These insoles totally fit the bill. The different types of cushion used in this insole (read the description on the package, very helpful) and the arch support are what makes this insole so effective, while still being low profile. Like a mattress, these insoles provide firm impact protection, support, without being too firm or too plush (they are more on the firm side), with slight bounce, energy return. I thought an insole had to have lots of bounce to be effective, but I was wrong (compare to the awesome, very bouncy, very thick manufacturer drop-in insoles in the Way of Wade 808 5 Ultra basketball shoes-- love these shoes). For some reason the same online influencer said the ANTA KT10 basketball shoes were bouncy and springy and that is not true at all. Many basketball shoes do not need a replacement insole, but some do for some people. But, the challenge is getting an insole that is effective with cushion and impact protection that is also low profile, otherwise the insole and your feet will not fit into the shoe comfortably, it will simply be too tight. Note, you can size up (half to full size up) on the shoe/basketball shoe to help the insole fit a little bit better in many cases. I went up a 1/2 size on these particular basketball shoes before getting the insole, and that helped give some wiggle room, before getting the insole, as I have slightly wide feet. The Anta KT10 does fit true to size, but was just a little too snug for my personal taste. I am an outside shooter, shooting guard who plays competitive pick-up basketball regularly, mostly with college students and I am O.G. . After putting these insoles in the ANTA KT10 basketball shoes, my shooting percentage has been consistently better, at least 50% better, over the last 5 times I have played basketball. And, with these insoles I can play longer without pain to my legs or O.G. knees. Amazing. A commentor online, saw my comment under a YT video where an influencer reviews the ANTA KT10 shoe. The commentor told me he saw my comment and tried what I did with this insole and the ANTA KT10 shoe and totally agreed with me and thanked me for my help. It was great to receive this additional affirmation, validation and knowing that I helped someone. Thus, this is why I will be doing video reviews online very soon, on products and services. This insole provides much needed impact protection and arch support in a low profile. Thus, bringing meaning to the old addage "It's gotta be the shoes!", that was in that old Nike Basketball Shoe TV commercial with Michael Jordan and Spike Lee in 1991. But, in this case "It's gotta be the shoes AND the insoles!". This product is "PracticalPerry" approved.

Better Comfort and Support.
I'm in my 70's and have high arches. No matter what style of shoe I buy none of them are comfortable for to long if I don't have some extra support in them. I have been using Copper Fit inserts for years and although they provide support they are hard, don't flex at all, and all that comfortable. I saw the ad for these PowerStep Bridges Arch Supports and odered a pair. What made me purchase these over all the others that were listed on Amazon was the price and how they described. Just got them this afternoon and glad I did. I tried them in two sets of Crogs and two set of dress shoes I have, and walked in and around the house to test them. They felt great in all my footwear. I felt like they made me walk more upright. As I walked in them, I fely less hunched over and was able to walk with my shoulders back, like I once did.. These PowerStep Bridge supports fit and felt so good I just ordered me three more pair. My old CopperFit supports are going in thr trash now that I have arch supports that provide more comfort and more pain relief. I'm 100 % satisfied and you will be to. The price is great also.

Perfect for high arches. However, durability concerns regarding the top fabric liner.
They are perfect for me, as I have a high arch and recently had some tendonitis issues. My tendonitis issues were gone almost instantly after the first few days of use. I wear a size 8.5 sneaker/size 8 work boot and the Men's 8-9.5 fit into my shoes and boots perfectly without having to cut any material off. The one downside of these insoles is that the cloth liner on top of the insert has began to peel off slightly on my right heel. This is through the wear of a 170lb man taking 20-30k steps daily, 5 days a week, over the past month or so. I may look into other more sturdy options for a work boot, but one month of daily use and the sole is still comfortable and fully intact. That's the one single thing preventing me from giving this product a perfect 5 star rating, is the durability concerns for heavy daily use at work. These are so good that if they last me 3 months of the year, I'd gladly just buy 3 pairs for the year and call it a day. That's just how comfy these are, although I'll still see what other options PowerStep has. If I put these in my (non-work shoes) like in sneakers or dress shoes, I'm sure I'd get more mileage out of these durability wise. That being said, I think it's worth the investment to buy like 3 of these at a time and put them in your rotation of shoes/boots. That's the high comfort level they provide.

Months of Arch pain gone !!
Been having pain in my arch for a few months. It feels like my high arch is falling or fell. At first I thought it was plantar fasciatis returning, but not so. My health insurance doesnโt cover a Podiatrist visit, so I put these orthotics in a new pair of New Balance shoes instead. NB insoles are removable so this orthotic fits the shoes well. I did not need to trim with scissors to fit either. Perfect & instant pain relief ! Oh man, these are amazing.

Looking for greatness, got meadiocre
Did my due diligence and read tons of reviews. Was looking for quality, durable cushioning for shoes; I needed to replace old [gold standard] Oboz and old Spenco workhorse inserts. These just don't fit the bill for me. My old inserts simply feel better. The PowerSteps did fit well in the shoes, they did feel cushy for standing. Possibly just not enough structure for my shoes/sneakers. For me - I put them in a box with other cast-offs and put back in my old Oboz inserts.

Good for distance running
I have worn expensive custom foot beds since being a highschool distance runner. I competed in college and am still a crazy runner at 45. My old foot beds were wearing out and I started to wonder if I really needed to pay for new custom foot beds. I know what I like, and liked the looks of these because they seemed not too aggressive with support. I am so greatful I found them. Was starting to have mild arch pain with my old insoles, ran 10 miles with these right out of the box and no pain! Just tried them in a trail half marathon and won! Also have less joint pain today after the race than in previous years.

The best insoles ever
This is the best insole I've ever used, and I've tried every variant of Powerstep and Superfeet that exists. My feet are shaped differently, with one arch higher than the other. Hard plastic arches work well on my higher arch, but they hurt my lower arch after a while. The Bridge arch is flexible, and molds to the shape of each foot. I finally found the perfect solution for my weird feet.

Flex support
Gives me the right arch support, but like a medium hardness where the arch is and I had to cut them to fit in my shoe.. I will have to see how they do after a month, because others brands Iโve bought before wear out too fast with the kind of work I do.
