Very disappointed with this purchase, I measured my knee and chose the correct match but the support was way too small and way too tight!!!!!

I just received it but am satisfied. Good price. It stayed on my leg without moving and was easy to put on.

Let me start off this review by saying these compression sleeves are of excellent quality, feel good against the skin, and they really do help with my knee pain. I was skeptical about a stretchy tube of fabric being able to help me, but I’m now a believer. Now let’s talk about the fit. It is VERY important to get an accurate measurement (especially if you’ve got fluffier thighs like I do). I originally ordered a large, according to the size chart. But after receiving them and wearing for only a short time, they ended up being too tight at the thighs and very uncomfortable. So I measured again and quickly realized I was going to need to contact the seller. The first time I measured prior to ordering, I couldn’t find my tailor’s tape so I just used a string and a standard contractor’s tape measure. Which put me at the top end of needing a large. This time, I used my actual tailor’s tape, and sure enough, I should’ve gotten the XL. This is why my review title stresses getting an accurate measurement! I screwed up, so don’t be me! Lol Thankfully, the seller was understanding and even encouraged me to measure a third time to be sure of the size, since you only get one chance at replacement (understandable). The XL pair arrived this afternoon and I can happily say that they fit great. And I will definitely purchase these again once they wear out. Which I don’t expect to happen anytime soon because they truly are very good quality and very well made. Oh, and I was honestly expecting to have issues with them rolling down at the thighs because of my chubby leg shape, but nope! They stay put for the most part. I do have to slightly adjust every couple of hours, but that’s to be expected with just about any article of clothing or item that offers support.

I'm waiting for knee surgery and when I put this on, it was like I have a new knee already it took the stress and the strain off my knee. The swelling went down. I can't recommend this even more than I have. I will definitely tell my friends about it and the Clinic.

Arrived quickly, good quality, helps keep my knee in place. I did measure according to their guide but I find the fit is too small. I would suggest maybe ordering one size up if you measure close to the next size.
