After much research, I decided to order the YRU car phone holder. I was looking for a ‘True’ suction car phone holder to replace my old windscreen car holder. The price was perfect and the quality made it irresistible. What I like: 1. Assembly was easy and the instructions were clear. It took me about one min. ( Includes installation of air vent mount) 2. With the Vacuum Suction Cups, the holder is so easy to move from car to car and will not leave sticky marks on the car. Especially the holder can be installed directly without the base, really convenient and make the holder better than any holders I've ever bought. 3. I can easily remove the car phone holder, clean and dry the suction cups, and I can reuse it! Suction power will not be weakened at all. 4. Very sturdy, well-made, and very modern. Many details in the design of silicone, very good protection for my phone. 5. Which can be mounted in a variety of ways, vent, window, dash mount. 6. Dual and bigger buttons for easier use. 7. The friendly car holder's flexibilities are so useful and I can use it anywhere in the vehicle at any angle. 8. The angle and length are easily adjustable to fit each mobile phone. First of all, the car mount is made of silicone and has silicone pads everywhere the phone comes into contact with the mount, which is very soft and won't rub or damage your phone. You may worry about the plastic mount pinching your phone when you open the button to put it in, but there is no need to worry with this mount, there is a perfectly designed stand pad everywhere. I have two phones, an iphone 13mini and a Samsung S22 ulta, and no matter which phone I put in the holder, it holds my phone securely and doesn't wobble at all, even when I'm driving my Jeep through the countryside. Secondly, the car holder is medium weight and not very light like inferior stands. this phone holder from YRU felt very solid when I first got it, I tried to push hard but the standstill didn't change at all. The combination of the firmness of the stand and the strong suction of the suction cups really makes for a great product. Better than expected, my old one used to vibrate slightly, eventually the phone would fall out, not this though, solid as they come, wish I’d purchased one of these ages ago. Definitely well worth the money!!

Why did you choose this product over others?: I have tried other phone holders without much success. I wanted something I could mount on the windscreen without it obscuring my view and had good suction to stop it falling off. I saw this one and thought I'd give it a try, I wasn't disappointed, it's really sturdy and grips the phone really well. I've just given it a try on a long journey over some really rough roads and there was very little vibration. I wish I had bought one of these before wasting money on inferior products and the guarantee they give you is a real bonus.

If I could give this 3 and a half i would. Okay gadget for the car, looks exactly what is advertised and is sort of decent. However I've found that its not the most reliable and unfortunately had to take it on my windscreen due to it falling a few times whilst driving which is a big hazard. It's now on my air vents but again doesn't seem the most durable as it falls quite regularly. I'm not sure if its because my phone is heavy (samsung galaxy s24 ultra) but even so. Probably better to use with a smaller phone
