I never trusted supplements, did not believe in their miraculous action. For three years I had anemia. Good product, highly nutritional value as it provides most of the essential amino acids needed. Organic natural food which I consume diluted in a glass of water - it dissolves relatively easy. Doesn't have great taste however you get used to it after a few times.

Poorly designed container, difficult to open as the instructions came away (not stuck on), I had to stick them on the container with cellotape.

This is bright green, easy to dissolve and tasty.

Bought this for the wife. Tastes like liquid grass. Is most helpful in oxidizing the blood. For those that need this type of help, a very good product to use.

I've used this brand for years. The barley is a go to for stomach upset. Had been an incredible help when overseas and fighting bacterial gut issues. Also any type of gut issues at home this has helped restore healthy bowel movements. I highly recommend. That doesn't mean it tastes great. It is a strong green and it's not supposed to be delicious. It does come in tablets for swallowing if you doing want to drink it.... But I could the tablets a little hard to swallow even though they are small they doing go down easy, so that's why I use the powder form. You can always add it to juice if you are sensitive to the flavor. For me the flavor isn't a big deal. I recommend this product because it works.
