I'm a big guy; 6'3", 360lbs. My legs are much larger than the normal dude. I have knee issues, and occasionally I just can't walk past the pain without some assistance. I have purchased many knee braces over the years, and without fail, they have been too small and I simply could not get them on, let alone wear them. I recently saw this POWERLIX knee compression sleeve in a XXL, and I knew I had to try it. I appreciated right up front that they were not charging more for the XXL than they were for the smaller sizes. To me, that indicates that the company is not just trying to make a buck off of me just because I happen to be a larger man. If You ARE a larger person, You know that this is basically unheard of. So I was hopeful right up front. I purchased the LIX sleeve easily, of course, and they communicated with me right away, and all through the process. It came quickly, and so far so good. I eagerly put it on, and...it fit pretty good. Already ahead of what any other brace would have fit. Below the knee it was perfect. Above the knee, I am admittedly over-proportionately large. That's what happens when You are overweight. :) So, it was tight, and slightly uncomfortable on the fleshy portion of the back/underside of my thigh. Regardless, I kept it on, and it immediately improved my limping gait. While upright, the snugness is fine, and not uncomfortable at all. While sitting, it wants to curl slightly on the backside as my fat rolls it down. That is NOT the fault of the manufacturer...again, I have unusually large thighs. After wearing it for a few days, it does indeed slightly loosen as it adapts to my leg, and the slight pinch is less. I suspect it will stop pinching in a week or so, and I am also losing weight, so of course that will help it as well. I am extremely happy with this sleeve, and over the moon that it has helped increase my mobility and stabilized my gait enough to help expedite recovery. I'd suggest this to anyone who has purchased braces in the past only to be disappointed by the size or effectiveness.

I just received the PowerLix Compression Knee Sleeve. It fits perfectly...I was a little worried that it might be too tight since I'm at the max measurement for the sleeve. It is firmly tight but not so much that I feel it's cutting off circulation. I'm sure it will loosen slightly the more I wear it, which is fine. When I pulled it out of the packaging I was a little worried. To be honest, it doesn't look like much. Since this is the first item of this type I've ever purchased I didn't really know what to expect, but at first look, I didn't think it would give me as much relief as it did. I'm really glad I didn't go with my first instinct and purchase something a lot more bulkier and bigger...and much more expensive. This compression sleeve was all I needed. As soon as I put it on, I felt immediate relief. I can actually walk now without a limp and the stabbing pain I had on the outside left of my knee just magically went away. As far as fit-and-finish, the PowerLix is very well put together. The fabric knitting of the compression piece of the sleeve is nice and tight, there's no looseness or missed stitching anywhere that I can see. The upper and lower edges of the sleeve have a nice beefy stitch that holds everything together. I can't see anything happening that would cause this product to fall apart or not work as it should. The upper and lower silicone bands that keep the sleeve in place on my legs are nice and thick which makes it very comfortable to wear. They're not so thick as to make it bulky or anyting, but definitely keep the sleeve in place no matter if I'm sitting, standing, walking, or working out in the yard. I haven't yet noticed any bunching up behind the knee, and I haven't had to readjust once it's on. As far as wearing it underneath clothing, it's great! It doesn't snag or catch on any of the pants I've worn with it, and you can't even tell that it's there unless you know it is. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and can't recommend it enough. If you're having problems or pains in your knees, this is the sleeve you need to use...don't waste money "trying" to find a good one. This is it!

Alright here we go. I bought this after I could no longer tolerate the pain in my right knee. Us men gotta stop tolerating pain and discomfort because we end up permanently damaging ourselves in the long run. Been using it for a week and this is what I have to say. It works. If you're buying this product please please please follow their measuring guide. Don't think "Hmm I'll just get a size smaller, it'll stretch and fit." My knee has been feeling a lot better, good support. After washing the compression sleeve it didn't shrink or get tight, it remained the same as when I removed it from the package. If you're looking for pain relief then give this product a shot since it's affordable and works. I must state that the sleeve is a bit thick so you won't get the full range of motion when doing squats but other than that I am glad I purchased this and have no regrets.

Update March 2026 Lowered to 3 stars. They must have changed how they made these because the one I purchased March 2026 is half the compression and thickness as the ones I purchased a few years ago. Also, they changed the cut so that the bottom of the brace is wider and also doesn't provide as much support. Very disappointed that they ruined a near perfect product. Now I have to try and find a new brace. Old review: My knee issues: meniscus tear, no padding left in inner part of the right knee, just bone on bone with arthritis and bone spurs everywhere, have been told total knee replacement is inevitable. My temporary solution is to look for a knee brace. I purchased the XXL and have 23.5" thighs Day one Didn't have on long, was oppressively tight, couldn't pull it high enough on my thigh for it to fit the knee properly, kept rolling down. Day two Still tight, but was able to pull to the correct knee placement, wore for a few hours to break it in. Day three Wore all day in Florida Summer, no issues with rolling, stayed in place well. Extremely comfortable and the knit allowed my leg to breathe all day, actually where the brace was actually felt cool when there was a breeze. Only problem was I still had a sharp pain in my knee every time I put weight on that leg, so I may need an unloader brace. Pros Light weight Breathable Flexible Comfortable even in Florida heat Cons Wish it were just a little more supportive Wish it were 4-6" longer and an inch wider. Bottom line, 5 stars for someone looking for MILD support. Not as supportive as neoprene braces, but infinitely more flexible and cooler so that it could be comfortably during Florida Summer activity. UPDATE I have tried MANY compression sleeves, and this one has the most support in just the sleeve, so much so I bought another one to alternate wear while the first one is being washed. I use it for when I am around the house. If I am going to be standing or walking for long periods of time, I have to put on my unloader brace. PowerLix Compression Knee Sleeve ASIN: B07B3VPD3H Provides the 2nd best support, but has an excellent range of motion and is extremely comfortable, so much so, I wear them to bed when my knee is in too much pain to sleep. (14.99 each on sale) Mava Sports Knee Compression Sleeve Support ASIN: B078W85Z9J This is what I use as an undersleeve for my unloader brace. I have tried MANY, and while I wish this one was 2” to 4” longer, it still works the best for all day comfort under a brace. If you are just using it as a compression sleeve, I would recommend the above two for that purpose. This one has shown signs of wear after wearing less than 30 days, it has started to pill a little, and the elastic has started to unravel in spots, but its still the best under brace I have found. Just ordered 2 more of these great knee sleeves. I’ve had unlock brace, and several other types of sleeves but none feel as good and stay up like this sleeve. I’m an elder female at 86 and have had a left robotic knee replacement in 2024, now the right knee decided to go wacky on me. After 3 days wearing this sleeve plus knee conditioning exercises, I can walk without a cane and the pain to left of patella is manageable.. So grateful to find a comfortable sleeve that won’t slide down. There is a good reason for 60,000 plus good reviews!

I was so happy to receive this product yesterday, I read all the great reviews. I don’t know if the product changed or what but as soon as I got it, I opened it up and put it on. For a few minutes the compression felt great against my painful knee but then a few minutes after it rolled down, I hadn’t even taken a step and then I had to deal with that pain of the tightness from it rolling down. I even tried wearing upside down, with the grip side below my knee instead of above; same thing. I am seriously disappointed. So now I have to deal with this horrible knee pain and go in search for another compression knee sleeve when supposedly I already had a great one. Based of my experience, no, I would not recommend.

UPDATE to my earlier review of this brace, I have lowered the stars to 4. Because the inner top non slip grip stuff that helps hold this up on your leg while wearing it to keep it from slipping keeps coming off after about a month of wear; and I am now on my 4th or 5th order of this brace since my first order months ago. It fits great while it works and I tried others that just didn't cut it at all. So I stick with what works, but the non slip grip stuff needs some attention in this to make it a perfect compression sleeve. I tore my meniscus in July, and this is an awesome brace, but it won't stay up after that non slip stuff comes off from everyday wearing it. However, that said, I still love this brace! And just ordered another one today. First review...I love this brace! I just ordered a second one to have when I want to hand wash and air dry the first one. Like many other reviewers on Amazon, I've ordered several braces that are too tight, roll down, strangle your leg, etc, you know the drill! This one is AWESOME! It stays in place all day long, is very comfortable, I live in Florida so breathability is a must! I have to say hands down this is a winner! I don't have to roll it down or make any adjustments to it, it slips on and fits like a glove. Not too loose, not too tight, just right! I had almost given up trying this one, that one, etc. and all the promises of a great fit by so many other braces I've read about. I have chunky upper legs, I'm only little over 5 ft. tall; overweight yes; and this brace is perfect for me! I tore my meniscus (not surgical thankfully) and have been laid up unable to walk until recently. Now with this I am walking and using my cane when needed, I haven't quite graduated to walking around all day without the cane yet but I'm there half the day. I bought a Bauerfeind initially and I'm keeping it for future use (hopefully never needed again but it was also great fitting) but it's too bulky and hot for what I need at this point. I just need general support brace for walking etc at this time. I highly recommend this brace, give it a try, thank you to the other reviewers who convinced me to try this one! I'm thrilled! My search is over! I hope this helps you in your quest for a brace for everyday wear.

At my size I was really surprised and pleased at how well this fits. It really really does the trick when the nerve pain starts to get to be to much.

Ho avuto una distorsione al ginocchio, con queste ginocchiere mi sento più sicura nella camminata. Non si notano notto ai pantaloni. Consiglio di prendere una taglia in più rispetto a quella che viene indicata.
