I just got my jar of Organic Batana Oil for my hair. It has a light coffee/cocoa fragrance and goes into my scalp without any heaviness, giving a light luster to my hair. It’s too soon to tell , but I can’t wait to see how my hair growth is affected.

Firstly, I will say a very strong scent. It’s not repugnant. It’s kind of close to a coffee scent but different idk. Anyways dis oil worked like a charm. I have to thick super dry curly hair and I was surprised that after a couple of uses, my hair was noticeably softer, shinier, and more moist. The oil wasn’t heavy or thick once you rub it down. It was very light. Honestly would differently use again. The only reason why I didn’t give them a five star is because I thought the container and portion was small compared to the price.

This oil is so soothing and it moisturized my hair. It is a bit hard but once it is warmed in your hands or the microwave it spreads easily. The smell is strong but not unbearable. Watching to see how it works after a few weeks.

Doesn't smell bad and not super messy

This stuff is ok. I have really long hair and needed something to take the frizziness out of my hair. the scent is subtle and not offensive or lasting. This is more of a paste or a clay and is super thick to apply. I found that heating it up slightly helps spread it. I can't say I really noticed any difference in my hair so I can't really say much more about it. It just didn't seem to help my hair much.

I tried this twice before giving up in disgust. Don't get me wrong - it may work. It may even be miraculous. But it is super thick and difficult to spread. When you have thinning hair and are trying to help it the last thing you want to do is try to smear something on your head that has such a high viscosity that it pulls out the remaining hair. I mean that stuff is delicate, ya know? I don't have any scientific evidence or anything, but it seemed to me that this is exactly what I don't need. The second time I used it I heated it a bit in the microwave to see if that would help, but it was too hot and still too thick, so I gave it up for good. I am not arguing with the substance, but the delivery method. If it were smooth, soft, and malleable I might be a lot happier to find out whether its claims are valid.

It does not leave my fine C-4 hair looking greasy, dull nor thin, which it has become over the years. What it does is—it thickens the feel and appearance of my hair, it restores its natural soft texture, it makes it shine and all over gives it the vitality lost from relaxers and coloring, without any feel or appearance of greasiness. I honestly love this product since I rarely find a hairdressing that makes my hair feel so healthy and clean.
