Lenovo’s ThinkPad laptops are the mainstay of its mobile business, and the X220 is one of the most portable. Despite weighing a miniscule 1.3kg, it packs in a powerful processor and plenty of useful connections. The X220 is powered by an Intel Core i5-2520M processor running at 2.5GHz, so has plenty of power in reserve. Paired with 4GB of RAM, it had no problems running our multimedia benchmarks with an overall score of 60.

A lightweight with no lights
Delivered clean and with no marks anywhere. Only one complaint. The fingerprint reader refuses to work under Windows 10 despite correct drivers etc. A minor crouch is that all the LEDs are so dim as to be useless in terms of what they are supposed to indicate. But then if you don't know if the thing is charging or not the LED is not going to help anyway anymore than the other LEDs will help. A major major pro is its lightness. Would I buy another, yes, provided the LEDs were brighter and the fingerprint reader actually read.

Good quality, great value for money.
Overall the laptop is perfect for me really fast and reliable little laptop although the seller I'm not very happy with due to dispatch time took him 3 days to dispatch would of expected better than that for the price i paid. Would recommend but check with seller first on dispatch times etc.

At the price, a total bargain
Does the job. It's not flashy, it's not incredible, it's worked for work and it's survived a drop from my arms to the floor so I can recommend it, in general, for those who want something basic. At the price, a total bargain.
