What can the CB15 make?

It can chop and shred down hard or fibrous ingredients, creating soups, hot liquids, smoothies, cold beverages, salsas, dressings and emulsions.

Can the CB15 be used for hot liquid?

To blend hot liquids, use the CBL10 (sold separately). Only blend hot (100 °F+) liquids with the dedicated hot-blending lid, which includes a gasket, baffle cup, and locking mechanism designed to contain heat and steam.

My blender got hot and stopped working; what should I do to resolve this?

Most Waring blenders have a thermal overload reset switch to protect motor from overheating. If blender stops, turn power switch to STANDBY/OFF and unplug power cord. Empty blender container and allow 5 minutes for cooling, then plug cord back in.

How long can I run my CB15 continuously?

The viscosity of contents, amount processed, # of repetitions a day, and ambient temp contribute to length of time unit runs. Don’t exceed 3 mins on high, or 5 mins on low, at any one time. Surpassing 5 mins in blending results in aerating mixture.

How does the blending assembly replacement work for the CB15 container?

To replace the container, remove the Lock Nut on the underside of the container with the Wrench. The blending assembly would be removed from the inside of the container then assembled in reverse.

Potencia y calidad, buena compra.

Es la primera licuadora comercial que compro para mi restaurante y sinceramente me sorprendió. Tiene muchísima potencia, se siente de muy buena calidad y trabaja sin problema con uso pesado. La diferencia con una licuadora normal es enorme: mezcla rápido, deja una textura muy uniforme y ahorra bastante tiempo en la cocina. Me gustó que se siente resistente y preparada para trabajar constantemente. Superó mis expectativas, excelente compra para un negocio.
