My old humidifier was almost 4 years old and I decided it was time for a replacement. I reviewed several humidifiers and decided on this one because it had the features I was looking for. So far I have been very pleased with its performance. My old one was very basic and this one is easier to use and has more functions. I also like that it has an app which gives me the option of using my phone to set the humidity and allows me to schedule the time it turns on and off which I really appreciate. It also has a bigger water container which means I have to fill it less often. It's a nice looking humidifier. It arrived in good condition and on time.

Best humidifier i have purchased. Really pumps out the moisture and very easy to refill. The tank has a carry handle that really helps. Connects to App really easily. Only one minor complaint that doesn't change my overall assessment of the unit, the controls that run below the large black illuminated disk that shows humidity and other functions, are virtually invisible. A little more definition/illumination would help for manual operation.

Unit arrived, within 24 hr it needed a call to DREO Customer Service. A person with a very poor command of English advised I needed to disassemble and remove/replace float switch. That worked. Two days later, a new error code E1 arrives. Called the Help line and was put into a waiting line and after holding was hung up upon after being advised to go online to FAQ. I'd already checked error code and it suggests a sensor that likely requires return/replacement. Called help line today, got a new person (sorry, but poor use of English made it difficult to communicate) and was told to empty tank, and dry it out for 48 hr then try again. If replacement is needed, ship it back and 7 to 10 days for replacement. Yeah, no. So, back to Amazon it goes. DREO should have sent a replacement w. 2-3 day shipping and accepted defective unit back since I would now have a packing box. But, nope, so I am choosing another brand since I still need humidification of a room, but I won't be buying Dreo, and you shouldn't either. EDIT: so, the story continues. I received a call from a CS person at DREO that expressed what seemed to be true concern about my experience. She asked if I would be willing to try another unit and post my reply, whether favorable or not. I couldn't pass that up. Also, she provided a phone number to contact her with any issues. A replacement humidifier arrived, and I filled it and pressed the button. It began to work as it should and has continued to run without issue for a day now. I guess I did just get a bad unit the first time and what is more important is how the company, DREO, replied to my displeasure. Apparently, they read the reviews on Amazon and cared enough to make it right by me. It isn't just all about making a mistake, but how the recovery goes from there. So, the unit operates, is quiet, seems to have an accurate metering of humidity and I am now a satisfied consumer. Jane, if you are reading this, I appreciate you following through and fixing my issue.

Somebody else was nice and put this together for me. Humidifier is perfect for me oldy; the water container is smaller-lighter than my old humidifier. Is indeed quiet, is in my large living-room, have in my mind to buy a second one for my bedroom, what is at the other side of house. Highly recommended!! Januar 16, 2026, I changed my mind, cleaning this humidifier weekly is more work than changing a filter. Taken only 1 star away, I do like the huge amount of moist what sprays in the air. Plus, I bring a container with water to the machine, with my old machine I had to take the whole container out to fill it with water.

The humidifier i got was defective out of the box and leaked from the bottom. It couldn't hold a full tank of water for 10 minutes. I returned it the same day I received it. I didn't bother getting a replacement because I got skeptical of the quality of the product and how long will it eventually leak again after using it for some period of time.

This is a great little humidifier. We have it in the bedroom and run it at night while we sleep. It is silent and I really like that it is programmable.

Great product. We have used few different ones over the last few years. This one is definitely the best. Very quiet especially in sleep mode, tank size is perfect for bedroom and the user friendly mobile app is excellent. Highly recommended.
