I have been buying just the noodles from this company for Asian dishes and usually season it with Samabila Korean Ramen Vegan & GF "Chicken" seasoning if I want just noodles or a soup. I must have somehow missed that they carried a single pack of ramen soup all this time! Needless to say, I jumped right on it. My order came yesterday when I was feeling under the weather and just wanted some soup. I did not have the energy to cook something complex, so I grabbed one of these ramen packs, a 6 oz package of fresh shitake mushrooms I had in the fridge and some leftover tofu and made some soup. I prepared as directed, drained and added the 2/3 cup water, the dry seasoning pack, some extra veggie broth (since I wanted extra broth) and cooked the shitake in the boiling liquid. I removed and added the cooked noodles and some reheated tofu. It hit the spot! I ended up loving it so much, I had it again today! When I am feeling better, I would definitely dress this up with some fresh scallions, carrot, some extra seasoning and a sprinkle of San-J Sweet Tamari splash. Now, anyone expecting this to taste like wheat Ramen is unrealistic! They are made of brown and white rice so of course, they are going to taste like rice noodles! That being said, they are as authentic as possible in my opinion. I am also vegan, so I appreciate that this is a vegan product as well. As I already used 2 packs in 2 days, I will be ordering more soon. I see this becoming a weekly staple for me! I highly recommend this for a quick and delicious soup that lends itself to several add-ins for variety!

Best gluten free ramen on the market. The price is high, but in my opinion, it’s worth it. The flavor is fantastic, especially when you add the oil that comes with it. Buy it!

This is the BEST tasting gluten free ramen!! Its SOOO similar to Top a ramen, without as much sodium. I’m considering getting it on subscribe & save for every 2 weeks its so good. & its somehow vegan?!? Don’t let the stevia extract in the ingredients deter you either, i HATE sugar free things, i can always taste stevia or monk fruit, & in this I can fully say I can’t taste the stevia at all, & i bet it helps prevent the sugar / salt crash from “normal” ramen. I wish I could give this company a kiss, they did so well. The noodles are that same ramen curly texture too!! Easy to microwave. I’m so happy. Well worth the price.

Overall, 4/5. Slightly different smell, slightly different texture, and slightly different taste. It’s close to regular top ramen but you can taste a difference. It’s good overall and great if you need a gluten free option! It comes with noodles, a packet of seasoning, and a packet of oil. I boiled the noodles longer than what the directions stated about 10 minutes to boil, drained the water per directions then added hot water with the oil and seasonings to the noodles.

These are gross and taste nothing at all like chicken ramen. Get the Bami brand instead!

From a girl who has gluten and dairy allergies review - honestly, don’t think twice about adding these to your cart, they are the CLOSEST thing I have ever had to top ramen, I followed the directions, and was able to tweak it to my liking, they taste great as is, but I like it a little more salty. I cook the noodles for about 9-10 mins for a softer noodle. Separately prepare the broth in a bowl with the oil and bouillon powder provided, add some adobo and a little msg and it tastes exactly how I remember ramen tasting (it’s been a good 10 years since my last top ramen experience) I’m so happy that I took the chance on these - and to the makers..THANK YOU SO MUCH

Gluten free and had a good taste. However the price for just a few packs is imsane.

Delicious! Exactly what I remember regular Ramen noodles texture and taste. I will keep this in my pantry for a quick go to feel good food! Thank you for making such a great alternative.
