These Archipelago candles are the only candles I buy. They are pricey but worth it as they actually make my large apartment smell nice, and they last longer than other name brands I’ve tried in the past.

One of my absolute favorite candle fragrances - great quality and value!

This is the candle my husband and I got at the Ritz Carlton, for our honeymoon. Of course that was a private label so it doesn't look exactly the same, but this is it. Oh, how the smell takes us back! When you open the candle for the first time, it will smell like a cheap orange candy, like someone else said. I thought it was the wrong one as I didn't remember that part. But after about an hour it gets to it's base smell and then there it stays! It's like a tropical paradise and isn't overwhelming or cheap. I'm so sensitive to candles and usually react to soy but this one doesn't bother me. Maybe it's the pure wick? It's quality and it burns VERY slowly, which is indicative of a good candle. The only thing I'm a bit frustrated with is the smell doesn't really permeate the room. I'm not sure if there's not enough fragrance in the candle?

If you want to leave a candle burning for 2-4 hours...this might not be the candle for you because it is potent! The smell is AMAZING, but I only burn in my living room because it smells my entire 1500 square feet downstairs in about an hour! It also carries upstairs and faintly into the bedrooms. If you leave it burning too long or in a small bedroom it becomes over powering to me. I love a candle that I don't need to burn long to smell the results! All of their candles are strong smelling. I would say they are 2-3 times stronger than Yankee candles...easily. Due to the fact you do not have to burn long for results, the candles will last a very long time and worth the money. The mango scent is very distinct along with the tangerine. Smells very clean and crisp. I enjoy Havana for the bedrooms or living areas as well...just do not prefer my bedroom smelling like an orchard! You won't be disappointed in the quality and potency of their candles. I'm trying to control myself from buying more because the 3 I have will last a long time!

Great smelling candle. Archipelago makes some of the best scents-at least in my opinion. However, they are a little pricey...so only 4 stars d/t the cost.

I have had tgis candle in my office for over a year and I have received multiple compliments on the scent even when I don't light the wicks. The scent is very calming and relaxing and my entire team loves the scent. I have now purchased sone for member of my team to try at home.
