I almost didn't get this b/c I became afraid after some customers complained that it burned their eyes. I thought about this for some time before I decided that it couldn't be burning eyes, or it would be taken off of the market. I took a chance. These are just fine for me and I really like these drops! What they are is COOLING and NOT burning. It felt like something more like 'menthol' which does have a 'cooling' effect. I don't think that people need to be afraid of this. Putting the drops in fely Good to me. I like this better than the brand name that I got from CVS. I like the cool feeling it gives my eyes. It's 'refreshing.' I can recommend this. My eyes feel better than they used to.

I love these eye drops!! My eyes new best friend are these drops. They feel like my eyes are getting a cold kiss from Frosty the Snowman. Having worn contacts for 15 years then upgrading to laser surgery, I'm no stranger to eye drops. And for some reason they are so expensive. But these drops are well priced and you get quite a big bottle. I love how they're not for relieving redness, so I can use them as often as I want. I use it right after waking up to energize my eyes and thoroughout the day to relieve the dryness and tired feeling I get from staring at a computer screen all day. They have this wonderful cool tingle, but it doesn't hurt, unlike other Rohto drops. I genuinely love these drops. I want to buy a few more bottles to keep in my car and the office. I have lots of eye drop brands, from Blink, Thera Tears and others. But this one is by far the most exciting. If you believe eye drops can be exciting, than this is proof. If you want Frosty the Snowman to kiss your eyes, then buy this! You can thank me later.

I have been trying many eye drops for dry eyes and this Japanese eye drop finally did the job. Felt sting a short time but the clear my eyes and didn't feel heavy.

It's only been a few days but I Love this stuff. Feels thick compared to most drops. I definitely notice the sun doesn't hurt as much. My eyes are sensitive to bright sun. I'll buy it again for sure

After using every eye drop on the market for more than 60 years, these are clearly the best! They cool tired eyes and I need to use them only twice a day. Great for Ancestry fanatics and ebook readers!!

I liked these they felt refreshing but they were a little spicy in your eyes If you're sensitive to things in your eyes don't buy them

I have one eye that is worse than the other for dry eye and vision and I use both prescription drops and different types for many reasons I also get shots in one eye . I compare these to dry eye drops they worked well and weren’t too expensive
