Yes, nicely lined and there's a flap that folds out to cover the nape and ears. However, I found the sizing to be smaller. I have similar caps from Kangol and Bailey in medium, which fit me well. I got this one in large and its a bit snug.

I usually wear 7 1/8 - 7 1/4 & the "Large" size fits me well.

no such sizing; believe they come in 2 sizes I bought a large and it's snug
