Contaminated Product – Found Insect Inside After Consumption
I have been purchasing Nephro Panchamrit (450 ml) regularly from Amazon and never faced any issues before. However, this time the experience was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. After the product was delivered to my relatives in the UK, they consumed a small quantity (around one spoon). Shortly after, they noticed a foreign object inside the bottle, which turned out to be an insect. This is a serious health and safety concern. A consumable herbal tonic containing such contamination clearly indicates poor quality control and hygiene standards during manufacturing or packaging. This incident could have caused serious health issues, especially since it was only discovered after consumption. I have preserved the bottle and photographic evidence and will be reporting this matter to the relevant authorities. I strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing this product.

Worst product My father's urine output has reduced. Don't buy this product, everyone is make fooled I bought four bottles and they finished in 20 days. They are useless. They say that the kidney will be cured but it is not cured. Please listen my advice and don't buy this product.
