It is the best steam cleaner i have ever purchased. So easy to use. Yes it is bigger than the hand held one. But I have found it much better. The hand held ones are no good if you struggle and have problems with your heads. But this steam cleaner is so easy as it has wheels and you do not have to hold it all the attachments that come with it are fanatasic. It cleaned my oven in no time. Cleaned all my bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms skirting boards doors well you name it my house is spotless. Love this cleaner

Easy & simple to use. Nice, compact for storage

Bought this in November 2025, it’s now June 2026 so 7 months in - it’s broken. It has always “spluttered” where steam and jets of water came out together now it’s just puddles of water everywhere. To say this was the “top model” I expected it to last far longer used weekly. Do not waste your money. Seemed ok at first but not built to last sadly. The water capacity was good, took a while to heat up but after many different makes this has to be one of the worst due to its short life span vs price. Extremely disappointing

I purchased the product in March 2023 after a LOT of research and was initially over the moon. Had bad experiences with other brands previously. The item has lasted until now, December 2024 BUT...first use the spring clamps on the flooring attachments for cloths popped off and each time they are put back on the flimsy build causes them to pop off again. Thankfully I have never even tried to clamp on a cloth or anything but the fact they still won't stay on isn't great. During ththe 21 months I have had it it has clogged, requiring several attempts at descaling and putting it out of use for weeks. It has leaked scalding water from the hose, pole attachments and actual unit and for the last 2 months it has tripped the electricity with regular frequency when left to reach temp. It is now leaking extensively from the unit and the attachments literally just fell apart while in use last night - the inner tubing from the pole came out with the catch buttons, springs etc flying everywhere. I'm torn on whether to replace - when it works, it is GREAT, technically the item has lasted 21 months at an average cost of £7.58 approx per month, which isn't awful - but when I consider the hassle encountered from pretty early on, the safety issues with the electical problems, suggesting leaking or wiring issues inside, the 2 or 3 times I thought it had actually completely gone and was without it for weeks and the fact I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and use it as instructed, once a week to clean the kitchen, bathroom and floors for around 2 hours it's not great either. £159.99 is not an inconsiderate amount and reading all the 1 star reviews the problems I have had are pretty common which is concerning.
