Update 6/10/18: I just wrote my review and the USB ports stopped charging. I looked under the bed and its still plugged in and its warm but they dont work - I've gone all over Amazon to try to figure pout how to message to get help and I can't find assistance anywhere. .So far I am very happy with this bed base - I have had it for three weeks so far. I have been sleeping in a recliner for over 2 years because of fibromyalgia. I finally decided to try sleeping in a bed again. I had a memory foam mattress previously but I would be so comfortable that I wouldn't move enough and then when I did move I would be in a lot of pain. I then slept in a hospital bed that had a crappy mattress. The adjust-ability of the bed was great but the mattress was not so I decided to marry the two.I researched so many adjustable bed frames and memory foam mattresses that I was beginning to drive myself batty. I had decided on this bed frame rather quickly - the mattress took a little longer. I had decided on this frame because it was in the right price range, it had good reviews, and the functions were what I was looking for.I received the bed base and had no problems setting it up (I ordered a full size bed). I'm 53 and on disability but it was really easy to set up. It was for the most part together right out of the box. I had emptied my room and the UPS driver brought the box right in my bedroom. I initially put two of the pieces for each leg on, keeping one section off, I later decided to take the other section off to lower the bed because I have a small dog and if I put the foot of the bed up it was a bit too high for her to be jumping on and off and I didn't want her to get hurt. I did find it a bit odd that the box that has the wires plugged into it slides into a metal shelf under the bed frame but there was no way to make it stay in there. It would have fallen out when flipping the bed frame over so I used a twistie to secure it in the metal casing. I had someone help me flip it over so that I would not damage the legs and I was good to go.I have not used the memory buttons yet but I plan on it. I do find that I sleep in the zero gravity position, with a couple of small adjustments most of the time and it seems to be the most comfortable position for me to sleep in. I was very surprised to find that the massage actually works! I thought that it couldn't possibly work since it has to go through the mattress. I also thought that since it was just head and feet that it would only do head and feet. But, at the high setting you definitely can feel it and it vibrates the whole body. Of course its not like a massage but you do get good vibration from it (it startles my dog so I don't do it that much). Its also good that I live on a first floor. If I was above someone I would not use it because I imagine the ceiling of the person under me would be shaking.The only minor problem I had was that I have hard wood floors and the bed would move easily and if it got too close to the wall and I lowered the head of the bed it would get stuck on the plug in the outlet and it wouldn't go down all the way. So I put a rug at the bottom of my bed so now it doesn't move around at all and I don't have to worry about that. Other than that - which is a very minor issue- I have not found any other cons with this bed frame.

I just want to start by saying that I have a bit of a beef with Amazon. Over two weeks ago, I noticed that the Classic Brands wall hugger version of this adjustable base was on sale, originally over 900.00 on sale for 629.00, so I ordered it and waited and waited for word of it being shipped, and all I got was notification that I would be e mailed when it was in stock. So, they sold me an item they didn't have! I had a time constraint for the product, so decided to cancel. The very next day, I noticed this model was on sale, from 799.00 to 599.00, great! I had really wanted the wall hugger, but since all the other features were the same, I decided to order. Within two days of ordering, I saw this model came down another 100.00 to 499.00, well, I thought, no problem, I'll just email Amazon and request a price adjustment. Amazon advised me that since the bed had not shipped yet,I should just cancel the order and re-order at the lower price. Simple....or so I thought, it ends up not so. My request to cancel had been denied even though I received no notification of it being shipped. That just kicked off a thread of emails between me and Amazon, where I expressed my extreme displeasure with their pricing policies, since they basically told me they could not make the price adjustment and my only recourse was to order another bed frame at the lower price and refuse delivery on the first one. Wow, I must mention here that I am a Prime Member and really think that I should have gotten more consideration. After all, even WalMart will honor a price within 48 hours of the purchase. Well, this is getting very wordy and I have not even reviewed the product yet.....just a word to the wise, watch the prices on this item for a couple months because it has gone as low as 499.00.Now on to Classic Brands and this adjustable bed frame.....Three words,Bravo-Bravo-Bravo!! And Why, Why, Why didn't I get one of these sooner??!!What a beautiful piece of work this thing is. Virtually silent in operation, heavy duty, well made, numerous positions that you can personalize to your liking, there is nothing not to like about it! Infact, I feel I got way more than my monies worth and now don't feel so bad about the lower price. That says a lot about the product.As the other reviews state, assembly is simple, however it is very heavy. Mine was delivered to my garage and needed to be brought up to my second floor bedroom. You can bring it up in two pieces to make it easier. I actually hired a company that did everything for me including taking my old box spring and frame out to the curb. If you live in Las Vegas and need help with this, call Assemblies Plus, they sent two guys that did the job for 85 bucks....WELL worth it to me!Beyond that I want to say that I already had a 12 inch memory foam mattress that's about 7 years old, and it works perfect with this base. With the legs fully extended and mattress on top, the bed is about 32 inches from the floor, which I find perfect. I could not seem to get an answer to that question when I was ordering.Oh and in closing, if you want to put the frosting on the cake, buy the Classic Brands Cool Gel Memory Foam pillows......OMG AMAZING, especially since you can adjust the mattress to get the best position for the pillows.Am I happy with Classic Brands.....YES! .......With Amazon..... Not So, but I guess I'll get over it.
