Does this powder come with an application brush?

Hi there! This powder doesn't come with an application brush. Applicators were removed from packaging in an attempt to provide more sustainable products with a smaller environmental impact.

Which color is the most white one? As a Asian, I want more white.

The next color down is the lightest color they make and it is light nude. I don't think this is the right power for you if you want it more white.
