Perfect fit in my Honeywell purifier for this hard to find size.

I needed a replacement for Honeywell filter for room air purifier… I went to good old reliable Amazon and found this filter. Let me start by saying that it does fit my air purifier perfectly but it’s not even close to the construction of the original one. This one is feather light and is made out of paper, the original is not. Time will tell but I will try to get the original. It’s like comparing apples to oranges.

While this filter does fit, it is not a true replacement for the original. The original had metal casing and clips to fit and work perfectly. These are lightweight paper and foam, and I am not sure how well it will work. Time will tell. Not a true replacement. Good thing I didn't throw the original one away yet, as I'll try to get a true replacement from Honeywell or keep checking amazon. For more than $40 for one filter, I expected better

I'm glad they have replacement filters for I threw my others away. I'd rather buy new then try to clean the old ones after 4 months of use. I sure hope they keep these in stock.
