Serami 15oz Funnel Ceramic Tall Coffee Mugs with Large Handles

A few years ago my wife brought special coffee cups home from her trip to Africa and they were simply perfect. They held the right amount of coffee (15oz), didn't burn you hand when you microwaved them, dishwasher safe with no fading, and felt sturdy in your hand.With three people using these cups on a daily basis, the inevitable happened...over time we broke all except one. This lead to a competition between us coffee drinkers to see who could grab this last remaining good cup from the dishwasher before anyone else. It was cut-throat.Over the past year, I have purchased cups to mitigate this family feud, but none had the same weight and feel, and many of them either faded with dishwasher use, handles separated from the cup, or they absorbed so much heat in the microwave that you would burn yourself if you picked them up by the handle after heating. So the competition continued.About a week ago, my middle child dropped the last one. It solved our competition problem, but left us with the dregs of cups. So I decided to purchase these white cups on Amazon, mainly because they were 15oz and had study looking handles.When they arrived, one was broken in the box, leaving only three. But that is the lowest number that can keep our family together. I contacted the company and they are sending replacements, so no hassle there.The cups are AMAZING. They are very sturdy and heavy. They hold their heat well when a hot beverage is poured in, however, do not turn to molten ceramic in the microwave. They have all but replaced the memory of the lost cups, and have quickly become the cup of choice for our beverages.Dishwasher safe, durable, and well balanced (I do not fear they will tip over if I accidentally brush them with my hand reaching across the desk), these are high quality cups, backed by a fabulous company, that I expect to use for years to come.

I am writing a new review. In my previous review, I was concerned because, despite the great write up about the mugs, they came with a Made in China sticker on the bottom and no authentication that they were lead free. I believed this to be a contradiction. I actually wrote to the seller and they assured me that these mugs were as described, 100% lead and cadmium free. They planned to update the write up because it was confusing. The mugs are made by an American company in China, thus the Made in China sticker. Sadly that is the way they keep the price down. Otherwise they would have actually been made here in the USA by that company. I love the look of the mugs. The style is exactly what I had wanted. I don’t find them any heavier than my lightest regular styled chunky looking mugs. Of course, they are not as thin as a glass, but they are a nice comfortable thickness. I don’t like to drink out of a thick mug, so these are perfect! They also arrived packed very well, in perfect condition. Finally, I want to say how much I appreciate the swift response I received from the seller.

Bought these because they were plain white and said in description Lead and Cadmium free, DW and microwave safe. BUT no where on packaging does it say this. I’m a bit skeptical and Seller should absolutely add something to packaging vs just a plain brown box! Amazon PLEASE verify.

If you are serious about your caffeine intake, you really needs these. 2 of these, and I'm ready to deal with humanity every day. It's the perfect shape, and when you have those moments where you don't want to spend $6 for coffee, you add some really good creamer, I personally go for the national coffee house chain salted caramel mocha or the other caramel, I'm blanking on what it is. Add a spray of redi whip on top and you have your expensive coffee in a fancy mug, and didn't leave the house. Quit searching and just buy these.

Love these! These are the best tall mugs ever. This is my second set to purchase. They come packed very nicely so there's no cracks or chips. The ceramic keeps the contents on the inside hot without burning your hands while holding the mugs. I threw away all of my Starbucks tall mugs because the handle would get so hot in the microwave that it would burn my hands. These mugs do not do that. They are the best. I highly recommend them.

We ordered a set and they were the wrong color but they work and we aren't serving tea to the queen so we kept them and ordered another set right color but one was broken. Now rather than go through Amazon and have to send the whole set back there's a note in the box that says to email the company which I did to no avail and then it was to late to return to Amazon so now we have have 7 cups that are 2 different colors but they work.
