Yummy! Not purple, but yummy!!
Taste EXCELLENT!! Color turned more pinkish brown than purple. Still yummy!!!

I enjoyed it.
I enjoyed this product. But, I like like coconut and I like Ube. I think it is a tad on the sweet side for my tastes but overall I enjoyed it and have found it locally and purchased again.
