I don’t know about ‘best’ but think these would work. Nice sharp point for grabbing.

Hello Yes they become dull after a while, in fact most tweezers does. I don’t know how to sharpen them or if you can. I just buy new ones when they become full. Sorry to be not much of a help.

Q: Can these be soaked in barbicide?

I actually purchased the needle nose ones which are made of the same stainless steel, so yes. But the ones you are asking about seemed to get full faster than I had hoped and are very hard to sharpen. But they all work really well for 4-6 months. Barbacide or the UV light work well.
