Gillette Mach3 Turbo for men razor handle + 2 razor blades

Very good,always a good shave from those blades,at least ten shaves,depending on how hard your stubble is. I ordered the normal turbo set with the two blades. Gillette must have changed the design of the razor as mine has a swivel head,not a full swivel but a slight one. Or someone gave me the wrong product. I'm not complaining😉

My husband said this razor is OK but does not give him as close a shave as he would like

Arrived on time , I thought it was the one that vibrates when shaving , as it said turbo but no it’s just a handle n blades but again I only paid £9.99

Having used Fusion Pro Glide for a long time, I decided to give the old Mach 3 another try. I have quite rough stubble and shave every other day, I found the pro glide could not handle this very well, the first shave with a new blade is great, the second ok and its all downhill after that. With the price of pro glide blades this was not ideal. I switched back to the mach 3, the shave is much smoother, and hair washes out much easier leaving the whole shaving experience much more comfortable. Also the blades are smooth and sharp after 6 or 7 uses, saving a lot of money on replacement. The shave is not as close as the first pro glide shave, but given how quickly the proglide deteriorate every other shave with the Mach 3 is better. If you have tough stubble this is the best razor for you.

I have always been a wet shaver; but i have always just used disposable razors in the past. I was resistant to spend the few extra quid on a proper razor with replaceable blades. Now I have used the Mach 3 Turbo there is no going back. It is a superior, effortless shaving experience. It's a pleasure to shave and genuinely reduces skin irritation caused by shaving. Used alongside a decent shaving cream (this element of the wet shave experience is well worth the investment too) it creates a smooth shave with a great finish. Marketing slogans are normally empty twaddle; but from my experience this is 'the best a man can get'!

There is a total misnomer in the name of this product as the razor has no engine or electric motor that can propel it. I bought it because inadvertently I had bought the blades for it instead of the electric powered razor I have. I did not want to waste the blades as they cost £12.00. In use you get a smooth shave, the blades do not last as long as I would like but there is no doubt it gives a smooth shave. Somehow its nice to have a shave without that buzzing of the blade head. If money is no problem buy this razor.

Many years ago I used a two blade razor from Aldi, as I realised these were disappearing from the shelves I switched to Gillette Sensor two blade razor's (discontinued in 2015) Neither of these had pointless moisturising strips which run out after the first shave anyway or rubber fins which do nothing. I bought loads at the time which have lasted me until recently, but sadly I have now run out which has left me searching for a new cartridge razor. I've tried a few and concluded they are all absolutely useless, the cartridges are all far too deep and the blades sit in between a massive lubricating strip at one side and rubber fins at the other which means you can't get anywhere near places like under your nose. There is a huge market for a decent, basic, solid two blade cartridge razor for any bright spark who has the know how to set up a business in my opinion.

Je suis très satisfait de ce produit. J'utilise le rasoir Gillette Mach3 Turbo depuis des années et je n'ai jamais trouvé de meilleur. Malheureusement, dans un moment de distraction, je l'ai jeté à la poubelle! Et les supermarchés locaux ne le vendent plus! Heureusement qu'il y avait Amazon pour venir rapidement à mon aide.
