This is a great little speaker, the build quality is exceptional at this price point and it's very powerful for its size.Packaging is simple but elegant. Initial setup is easy, just fire up the power and it will enter Bluetooth pairing mode, simply select the device in your Bluetooth settings and it's ready to go. This Anker speaker has really good sound and great bass for it's size and price range. One of the biggest reasons I purchased this one was for the battery life. I get so tired of speakers dying, having to find another one in the house which is usually also dead.After the first couple of uses and recharges, I wasn't so sure about the claims of 15-20 hours of battery life. Since then, I did a test: turning it on and using it for a few hours each day over a three or four day period (making sure to turn it off when not in use). I recorded each playing time until it was out of juice and the total was around 19 hours. I am thrilled with this. Time will tell if the battery will continue to charge as well, but right now it is fantastic.My only critique is one already mentioned in these reviews. The speaker has beautiful, slick buttons on the front for volume etc, but the slider on/off switch on the side is really cheesy/cheapy. It brings the appearance down a notch.

Ordered one of these to test it out and subsequently ordered fourteen more as prizes for a charity fundraiser. The sound is really great to be so small. I didn't realize how small they were going to be just looking at the picture, but I play one during the events and have had several requests to forward the ordering information so people could just buy their own. I have each of the three colors and it is an attractive device. I can't testify to the total battery life, but it hasn't gone dead yet. I plug into the computer every couple of days just to make sure it doesn't die during an event. Very impressed so far.

Amazing sound, I would thought I paid 4x for a Bose speaker. Just one of these and it has great sound throughout my whole 2,400 sq ft home. I haven't tried out the Bluetooth since I would think that would drain the battery a little bit more on my iPhone or iPad so I just always plug it in directly. I had a couple iHome speakers for a year and they did just okay but quickly fell apart. This seems like a solid product that will last a long time if I can keep from blasting it too loud I'm sure. You can turn this up plenty without any distortion. I don't give 5 stars on many products but this one rocks.

This product is awesome!I needed music in my living room that could play throughout the day and not have to be plugged into the wall. We live in Hawaii and the cost of electricity is high.This little cube connects to my iPhone or iPad which runs Pandora. The quality of the music is amazing, it will run on battery all day and into the evening.Setting this up and connecting to blue tooth was super easy. This product is small and out of the way.I couldn't be happier with how this turned out.Outstanding product!

Based on price verses performance this is an excellent speaker. Bought another wireless for my wife about $35. Also excellent. At about $45 this is about that $ much better. This has one speaker, the other has two. Based on volume and sound quality two is not necessarily better. Twenty hours of play time over ten with the other is a plus. This Anker Classic is very good and smaller than the $35 twin speaker. Even in our back yard Anker Classic fills the air hopefully w/o bothering the neighbors.

I wanted a speaker that I could connect my kindle reader to and listen to my text-to-speech books while cooking/juicing. This one is probably overkill, but the last speakers I had were not able to be heard above my juicer and water running (at the same time), which was important. This one has such great sound. I tried the Bluetooth connection to my Samsung Note 2 and it worked flawlessly for music and sounds great, as well. I wish I had bought this my first go around with speakers. It's worth every penny!

This little speaker works great! The sound is really good. It works great if I leave it in a box near me while I work, sounding great at a low volume. My other main use is in my kitchen window broadcasting inside and out. It gets louder than I need it and sounds better than my old CD player stereo. The battery life is awesome. I've gotten pretty close to the advertised 20 hours with it working well the whole time. It would be nice if it had a larger range, maybe 75 or 100', but for $40, you can't beat it.

Good things come in small packages and this is proof of it. There is very little than can be deemed negative for this speaker. The accessories included are a carry pouch, micro usb cable and a 3.5mm cable. The feel of the speaker is good and solid. The sound is really loud for the size and it has a good battery life. i have tested it at 10 hours with 50-75% volume.I bought this for my wife who uses it for her work presentations and for classes. the volume is quite sufficient for the entire room and it does not distort at high volumes. At the price point, this is a good deal. Do not compare it with JBL or such speakers. they have a much cleaner sound but the main feature of this speaker is the excellent battery life and the sheer loudness generated.

Excellent product and even better customer service. For this price range, I've found few speakers that sound this good and don't distort. Granted if you crank it wayy up on both the source and the speaker you can get anything to sound terrible but if you use it as intended, it can fill a small room easily. I had one speaker break on me about 3-4 months into use, the audio would simply crackle and produce no music. An email to customer support and a replacement was on its way the next day. Fantastic!

Battery will not hold a charge for longer then a day. This is with it sitting idle!***Update***After writing this review Anker contacted me and sent me a replacement. I did not even have to return the faulty unit.The new speaker works perfectly. Loud and clear sound. great battery life.

Wonderful sound, great battery life. Company stands behind their product. Bluetooth hooks up effortlessly. Only draw back is they are cheap enough so I am now my 4th one on account of giving them to friends and family.

I recommend this to anyone, great value and great speaker, sound quality well depend on your sound that was recorded, bad recording will seem quiet and distorted, a good record will be clear and loud...
