Great product. Very durable and easy to install

For my application this mount was perfect. My Xterra has a panel in the middle of the dashboard that is easily removed so I was able to take it out of the vehicle and attach the mount using the supplied nuts/bolts with ease. I am using the mount to hold a Kindle HDX7 I use as an OBD2 monitor for when I am towing. The mount is very easy to adjust. It's a great design because it just has the one large knob that tightens both ends of the mount at the same time. I recently drove from PA to IL and back with the tablet hanging on this mount and it never moved. My vehicle is not the smoothest and the tablet did shake at times but the mount kept it in place. I was actually surprised. It is all plastic, but it is made well and does not feel like it will break easily. It is very easy to remove the tablet and it's holder without disturbing the position of the mount itself. The part that holds the tablet has rubber pads in it and when you tighten the lever on the back down it holds it in place very well. No chance it is falling out. just keep in mind this is designed to be screwed or bolted down in your vehicle. As long as you are ok with that, it is a great little mount and a good overall value.

I bought this mount because the more expensive mount I really wanted was backordered, and i needed something quick for a trip I was going on. I had low expectations, but it really just had to get me through a weekend of off-roading. I will say I am pleasantly surprised! I use this mount on the dash of a Jeep wrangler, to hold a tablet that I use for trail navigation. I had bought a new tablet, and my old mount didnt fit anymore, so i needed something quick before a weekend of trail guiding that i had coming up. This tablet holder worked great! I like the adjustability of the arm, but it is a tad bulky, I don't have a lot of space on my dash so every little bit counts. The mounting was simple, I just unbolted my old mount, and the base of this one bolted right up to the same holes. My only real issue was that it was a bit shaky, but I can't really blame the mount for that. The balls and arm are all plastic, so everything has a little bit of give to it. The shakiness wasnt a problem for what I was doing, it just made me worry that it would eventually break from the stresses of the shaking. I've had that happen to other mounts in the past. So far though, so good. I would definitely recommend, especially for the price!

This has worked well in keeping my tablet where it should be. Very secure but easy to use.

I am an OTR Truck Driver and really needed a simple, solid and well-fit solution for my 7" Company tablet. This mount was a perfect fit and it uses a standard 1" RAM style ball mount, it fir perfectly and made the tablet accessible and very solid. Great product!

2023 rmax4 1000 utv I wanted to hold a tablet because I have OnX offroad and Spotify downloaded to it. I had bought the one that replaces the center Adventure Pro but decided I really like the display and information. This mount feels like hard resin plastic. I removed the firewall and felt under the dash to make sure I wouldnt hit anything. Then I punched the 4 holes w the mount in place where I wanted it. Then drilled out. Went and got a set of 4 washers , locking nylon nuts, amd longer screws. I found a mending bar that worked perfect for underneath to spread the force around. I used the washers on the top side under the screw head, and mending bar underneath. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. The test drive went well. Many positions to play around with, with no impact to OEM screen or passenger visibility!!! Can't wait to hit the trails.

I recently bought a treadmill and wanted a device to hold my iPad at eye level when doing a workout. I chose the iBolt TabDock because it looked sturdy and the ‘jaws’ that grip the iPad are large enough to accommodate the fairly thick leather case I have on my iPad. I located a timber stud in a plasterboard wall and used four self drilling wood screws I had to fix the base plate securely to the wall. The ball-joint clamp is robust and holds the iPad solidly in position. At the end of a workout I can quickly remove the iPad from from the iBolt TabDock. The product is well made and I am very pleased with the purchase. There are fixings supplied with the product, however, if like me you are fixing it to a wall or solid surface you will need to make sure you use the correct fixings for the substrate. It is a solid, robust product with very quick delivery. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product to anyone looking for a dependable support for an iPad or tablet.

Very sturdy and great for a Tablet or iPad. Mounted to the dash in my Jeep and it held my device stable while of the main roads. Adjustable for various sizes as well.

These are a great unit and very well priced. i have bought about 10 and fitted to several vehicles including trucks. They are solid and able to hold full size IPads even when fitted with robust covers.
