Makes traveling with medication that requires refrigeration stress free!

Works great for holding medicine pens. I was able to travel through TSA with no issues, and it kept me pens cool until I could get to the hotel. Perfect for flying and cruising. I ended up buying 3 more as gifts for family and friends.

I bought this container because I need to carry refrigerated eye drops with me when I travel. This fit the bill just right. Of course it can be used to carry insulin (its original use). I just freeze the two small packets the night before and the day I need it, I pack everything up and go about my business. The packets stay cold for about 7 hours-this works out well. I would recommend this container for insulin or any other small items you need to keep cold throughout the day.

The little freezer packs didn’t keep it as cool as it was supposed to be kept for me to make a 2 hr flight. Of course there was the time at the airport before take off and getting to destination. Not sure how to remedy that.

While the zipper may be difficult to use, the actual case seems to be ideal for transporting my GLP-1 injections overseas. It fits my prefilled syringes and has little pockets where I can keep needles and alcohol pads. When I first opened it, I was surprised at how big it was. I guess I was expecting something much smaller. I'm only bringing 3 injections, and this looked so big. Yet, when I tried it out, the fit was just right. Maybe I could fit 1 more injection if i needed it, but that's about it. My flight is 6 hours + they want you at the airport 2 hours in advance, then I have a 2 hour drive. Fortunately, it's wintertime, so I'm hoping these stay cool enough for the 10+ hour duration! I'm not looking to freeze them, but I don't want them at room temperature either. The thermometer is already working, so I guess the extra batteries are just a backup - a nice surprise, considering I don't have spares like these on hand. I plan on not opening the case at all during the flight in order to keep the cold in. I'll freeze the ice packs overnight and will also keep the case in the fridge. I may even keep the case in a little lunch cooler to help maintain the right temperature. This was the best price I found for a case with a temperature gauge. I only need it for 1-way, so I wasn't looking to spend a fortune. Plus, the expensive ones also had some questionable reviews. If this doesn't work as I'm hoping it will, I'll be back to update this review, but in general, I feel good about this case and fingers crossed, it'll meet my expectations.

It works. It doesnt get, or stay as cold as it says. I've jad to add additional ice packs to help. It gets below 50° in 80° weather, which is acceptable for my meds. But it only stays in that range for 5 hours or so. I started wrapping it in a towel to extend that time span.

This is exactly what I was looking for while traveling with medication that needs to be refrigerated. The display on the front is large and easy to read. Before traveling, I tested it to make sure it would stay cold for a 13 hour period and it did. Works great and very functional.
