The installation process for the Pureit water purifier was quick and professional. The technician, Mr. Mahesh, arrived on time, he was one of the greatest person with vast knowledge on this complete product level and explained the process clearly, and completed the setup neatly. He demonstrated the entire process at a very basic level to advanced level of RO and how to maintain the purifier properly at every single steps. The whole installation hardly took 30 minutes, and the unit was ready to use immediately. Overall, a very good experience with courteous service and efficient work. Dear Pureit Customer Care Team, I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the recent service experience for my Pureit Wave Plus, purchased and installed on 1st August last year. Recently, the purifier started showing issues such as continuous beeping and very low water flow, for which I raised a service request under warranty. During the visit, the service technician informed me that a booster pump is required and charged ₹1,750, despite the product being under warranty. I would like to raise the following concerns: Lack of disclosure at the time of installation If a booster is a mandatory or commonly required component for proper functioning, why was this not informed or installed at the time of purchase/installation? This feels like an important omission. Additional payment despite warranty When the product is under warranty, it is unreasonable to expect the customer to pay extra for a component that is essential for normal operation. Warranty should ensure smooth functioning without hidden or post-purchase costs. Manual operation of booster The technician advised that the booster must be manually switched off when not in use. In today’s era of automation, this is surprising and inconvenient. Is this the level of technology expected from a premium brand like Pureit? Value for money concern After paying nearly ₹7,000 for the product, such issues and additional expenses seriously raise questions about the quality, transparency, and value offered. This experience does not align with the reputation of a brand like Pureit. I request: A clear justification for charging ₹1,750 under warranty Clarification on why the booster requirement was not disclosed earlier Refund or adjustment of the booster cost if applicable Confirmation on whether an automatic booster solution exists or is planned
