Good bioavailable form of vitamin D3. I feel like the soft gels absorb quicker than pills or capsules. They are well priced but make sure you understand these pills are supposed to be take weekly, not daily. I am horrible at taking daily vitamins so I love the weekly option. I do not think you can take too much D3, your body will flush out excess, but I would love to see how your levels stay throughout the week. I would also like a little more information about where the D3 is sourced. Still a great option for anyone who is lacking D3. I will buy again.

Easy to swallow

I like the freshness, flavor, and easy to swallow soft gel capsules. The quality is very with my overall energy and stamina improving. Easy to use and very effective at providing me with better energy and great value!

I do want to start by saying that I have pharmacy experience, so I knew before getting this product that this was a weekly dosage. The packaging I received is quite clear that each individual capsule is 60,000 IU, and I’ve been using it weekly for a bit now. Given the weekly dosage, one box will last you a few months so I do think the value is great. They’re easy to swallow without any lingering aftertaste. Without giving any health advice, and with the statement that this is purely anecdotal and could be coincidental, I did have labwork done a few weeks after starting taking these, and my vitamin d levels came back looking great, so I’m definitely pleased with these and will continue using them.

Labeling is hard to understand. It says in the description 60000IU per capsule, but each capsule is about the equivalent of 3 of my 5000IU capsules, so I'm guessing it's 60000IU per pack of 4, as that is how they are packaged. Either way, it is not worth $13 for only 20 capsules if they are only 15000IU each. If they are really 60000IU per capsule, I'm not sure how that is, and I'm also not sure I want to take that much Vit. D at any one time. Also, if you are taking a Vit. D supplement...you may want to research taking it with Vit. K. Overall, I do not recommend this product.

It gets so hot here in the summer that I try to stay inside and, as a result, I feel the need to take a vitamin D supplement in the summer because I don’t get enough sunlight. I take these three times a week. You get 20 capsules in the pack. They seem to be quite strong so you probably don’t need them every day and the small packs make it easier to keep track of how many you have taken. I like them

I’ve been taking this capsule since March of last year when I discovered my Vitamin D levels were very low. After a year, I rechecked my levels, and they had increased by 25%. My doctor advised me to stop taking it, but I’ve continued with a reduced dosage of two capsules a month. It definitely makes a difference in my body.

Tips for max absorption: with some fat (like ghee, coconut oil or Omega 3 capsules) + Calcium (curd/leafy-food/chana(chickpeas)) + Magnesium (capsule/leafy-food) Calcium+Magnesium+Vit D Absorbed together, not in isolation Hope this helps
