Love this thing. I practice with a bottle in my pool. The white “holder” is a must for me and accuracy. It helped bulking Bach further and using it almost like a scope or site. I hit the bottle every time with it even while moving. Not much without it. I have not used the bbs.

A little difficult in understanding how to put it together. The handle is made of some cheap cheap plastic. I dont think it's very durable. I wouldn't buy it again. Just made too cheap

The whole kit is pretty nice, but I can't help but wish it was made of aluminum instead of plastic. It can be difficult to aim something like this if the chassis flexes when you shoot it. I may put a better reel on it, as the included reel maxes out at 10 lbs, so you might take bluegill with it, but you probably won't be taking any northern pike, at least not on the included reel. Is it perhaps a pipe dream to imagine taking a northern pike with this? Perhaps. But dream big, I always say. In my mind, I can imagine myself taking a spawning salmon out of a clear Alaskan river in mid-jump as he leaps out of the river. Of course, first I have to get to the point I can hit...well, anything. It's a bit different than most slingshots, so it'll take some getting used to this one. In all, it's pretty decent for the money, and one good thing is being modular you can upgrade it just by swapping out the light or reel or the bands...4 stars, and recommend as something new and fun to try.

GREAT QUALITY AND WORKS GREAT

First, the package seemed like had been opened or maybe not. There was a flashlight and batteries. The batteries were dented and I assume there is supposed to be a case for the batteries to operate the flashlight. That was missing so the flashlight was inoperable. That being said, there was no mount to attach it anyway so it was useless. The reel came out of the box inoperable as well. The line would not come out so I had to take it apart only to find that the line was wrapped around the gears and I had to untangle it. Meaning I lost about 10’ of line from the start. It wasn’t a high quality reel to begin with. The bands were not long enough to properly fire the heavy projectile darts. I may have gotten one 15’ shot with it. The darts that came with it were, as I said, too heavy to fire accurately. The darts that had the blades would hit the water and immediately change trajectory. The darts with the wire hooks seemed slightly better. Maybe fiberglass darts would be better. I’m going to change the reel and line to see if that works better. The firing tool did not work at all leaving you to just try and grasp the dart and pull it. Maybe an archery trigger mechanism would allow more pull. Overall it needs major improvements. I would like to have the flashlight and mount but there doesn’t seem to be a way to contact the seller directly.

All in all this is a nice set with many accessories. The flashlight works well & is bright enough to use alone. My disappointment is with the material used to make the main component which, to me, is cheaply made & overpriced. There are better quality & less expensive options
