My very old Garmin battery was no longer lasting and decided to get something new, but didn't want to spend hundreds again. I have hypertension and was interested in monitoring this along with the usual steps, exercise activities etc. I didn't like the strap, it was uncomfortable so replaced with a stretch one. The battery life lasts me 5 days as I leave monitoring of BP and activities on permanently. Functionality is quite good and watch feels decent quality. I tested steps against my old Garmin with 1 watch on each wrist and also against my wife's Samsung Galaxy Watch. The step counts were all different and and were within 7% of one another. The watch however failed 3 times to record my cycle rides. After selecting cycling and hitting start and cycling around my local favourite route for 30 minutes it just had a message "not enough data" when I finished and checked the watch. It eventually picked up my next cycle ride but havent tried since. Now to the big question, Blood Pressure. As the device manufacturers make clear, you should not use this watch for clinical purposes or decisions. You also must calibrate the watch against a proper BP cuff device. Having hypertension and taking meds for it, I was interested in seeing how my BP was 24hrs a day rather than stand alone measurements from my Omron machine as before GP reviews you need to monitor over 7 days morning and evening and was due for a review. I used both the watch and the Omron cuuf device at the same time and took 2 readings 3 minutes apart. The watch was miles out, gving readings 35% lower. I added the Omrons average readings to the watch app as the calibration and then tested again each day for the next 3 days. After adding the Omrons figures to the app, the watches BP figures were now much closer to the Omron, being on average within 1 to 2% different. I re-calibrated again after a week and the figures were again about 1 to 2% different. Interesting to see my BP when asleep and all day long idle or active without having to go and use a proper device, but I wouldn't use it for clinical puposes, but Interesting.

I bought this watch expecting it to be cheap quality but was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Firstly the build of the watch itself is great. It has some weight to it and is not just flimsy plastic. The strap looks and feels premium and the screen quality is top notch. You can set up the watch and link it to your phone with the app within seconds. You can customise the watch face with many designs from the app. You can make calls and control your music and camera from the watch which it is very responsive at. I would recommend this watch to anyone who wants a perfectly functioning smart watch at a affordable price without compromising on features. It comes with the charger and manual to get you started.

Nice watch and good display. I bought this to monitor my blood pressure. Unfortunately the readings were wildly out. It was indicating 107 or 117/70 when in reality it was more like 150/80. In addition the sleep tracking was off. I went to bed at 11:30 and read for 30 minutes before sleeping. This watch had me asleep at 11:30 but my Honor watch correctly indicated 12:00 as my start sleep time. So for this reason I have given it 3 stars. Another thing I wasn't keen on was the screen closed very quickly before I had finished reading the info. Apart from all that the integration with my Iphone was great. Answering calls etc very easy. Plus charging very easy, easier than my Honor watch.

I got this as a method to keep a blood pressure monitor going all day, and I didn't want to wear an inflatable band that regularly stopped me doing what I was in the middle of... the blood pressure & heart rate monitor work well, but other functions like the automatic sleep monitoring just plain don't work, in fact the sleep monitoring just does nothing at all, even if you manually kick it off! I tried contacting support, showed them a screen full of zero hours slept, they asked me to reset the phone & watch, and even left it a few days to rebalance itself, but in the months since I bought it, according to the watch I've never slept a minute!!! It's a real pity as the watch could be brilliant, it's just that the sensors are either terribly calibrated or are too weak to monitor anything real - even the sports tracking is "twitchy", I've run for several minutes at times and the watch does nothing, or I can lift a heavy box and suddenly I'm cycling... have been sat on a bus and the watch thinks I'm swimming, was a passenger in a car and it thought I was playing badminton... it just goes "insane" when you're moving, thinking you're doing a random exercise! I just hope that the later models actually work well, because this one is flaky as hell!!!

Excellent product

Easy to set up, just scan the QR code on your phone and follow the instructions. It will automatically switch to whatever language your phone is. The charge lasts surprisingly long, like a couple of days and it's comfortable. Does all the basic things I need it to do, pedometer, phone calls, even reminds me to drink water.

Nice sports and health watch for the money. Great support as I had a problem with the charging of the watch.....and they sent me a new watch!

It is a good product, I bought it to monitor my high blood pressure. It is legit and working well as described. However there are some days that my sleep is not being detected. But overall it is a very good buy for me! Worth the money!
